Ocean Parradise Hotel and Resort

had to run water a long time to get hot water. also faucet in sink and tub hard to operate.
breakfast was minimal quality.

It was fun down smelly things are broken ac and heat didn't work there was mold and dust on things and stains

I didnt like how only 1 light worked out of 5 different lights that could be accessed. The room smelled like old mold, The freezer didnt keep the ice cream I put in it cold. Instead it melted into mush. Couldn't bring back breakfast to my room to eat.

The building is not well taken care of. You can see all the imperfections of repairs made. No cold water available to drink except 1 bottled water you receive. We got locked out of our room twice and they moved us to another room. We booked the room and I accidentally put the 31st instead of the 30th which was my mistake but explained I was off on the date. We ended up paying double for the room and paid for the room/day that we were not there. They said they would fix it but didn’t. They told Booking.com we didn’t arrive and then said we did. I emailed numerous times to Booking.com. Booking.com never addressed it when I tried to tell them what happened. Between Booking. Com and the hotel , they put me in a loop and left me in a loop referring me back to each other. I finally just said F*** it. It’s not worth my time. Will never go back and will never use Booking.com again.

Rooms/halls were tired looking, missing a painting on the wall, no hot water in the shower and the balcony needed a repaint/redo. For the rate more towels should be supplied and they should be newer/old/thin/scratchy. Either more towels in the room or additional at the pool area. Main turn off was the very strong smell in the lobby and rest of the hotel. Like moth balls. Breakfast food should improve. Options were of low quality. Sausage was good however.

Breakfast was bad- barely warm- chicken nuggets ( for breakfast) - lemonade for juice- only apples for fresh fruit—— only one dollar sized soap in room- no place to sit except the bed - no table to set things on-

Would like fancier decor and more luxurious towels as the price for the weekend didn't meet the eminitys. Pool is so small and no separated time for adults only in hot tub. I dont like being inundated with small children when in a hot tub. There should be times for adults only. Because even though the sign said no one under 14 it was little kid palooza.

There was a smell so strong it was uncomfortable breakfast was terrible 😫

I was surprised by a mandatory $100.00 hold on my credit card for damages. The bathroom was dirty on our arrival. The toilet was not clean. There was used soap in the shower, indicating it was not clean. There were toilet paper pieces on the floor. One of the beds creaked loudly when you sat on it. I tried calling the front desk, but no one answered to let them know we would like a different clean room. I went to the front desk and spoke to the woman there. She put us in a different room after sending her husband to double-check that it was clean. I briefly checked the shower and toilet to ensure they were not previously used. We brought our stuff in and then went to the pool and hot tub. We showered when we got back to the room. As we were getting g out of the shower, I closed the bathroom door to find a bra that had been left by a previous guest hanging on the back of the door. By this point, we were ready for bed and beyond irritated with the level of cleanliness of this hotel. I will not stay here again and will warn other travelers to keep their distance. There was also a very strong chemical smell in the lobby.
