Pros:

Breakfast was delicious, glad to see Decaf coffee offered. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Place was pretty quiet.
Pool was nice, we had the whole pool to ourselves.

Breakfast was adequate.

Cons:

Misleading about availability of pet-friendly rooms. Visibly dirty and run down throughout. Holes in closet door and damage to room door. Broken window locks. Moldy, partially missing moulding in the bath. It was gross.

I liked the location and the man checking me in was very kind.

Cons:

My room had multiple places where it was left dirty. There was a dirty rag on the shower curtain, there was some odd color smudge on the shower curtain that I didn’t want to think about too carefully. One bed was definitely questionable as far as if it was changed or not.

Pros:

This place advertised (internet) that it was “pet friendly”. We had a cat, one cat, and we booked for three nights, and left my credit card information. A few hours later, they left two messages for me to call back. I did and the clerk, Nate, said that they only accept guests’ dogs. But he said it was “company policy” to bill me for one days’ stay. I asked to speak to the manager, but refused to tell “Wayne” last name and also said he was "off the property” (3:20pm on Monday). They want for services not rendered, and at their own discretion.

It was cheap, but then again I guess you get what you pay for

Cons:

There was bed bugs!!! And the staff was horrible. They make u pay an extra 300 refundable fee for damages if you are within a certain area close to the hotel.

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. We'll stay here again.

Good location, staff was very accomodating, room was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

My bath towel had what looked like old blood stains on it. Grossed me out, so I dried with a hand towel. Exhaust fan wasn't working. Bathroom door had very loose hinges and door handle was very loose. Nothing a bit of maintenance can't fix!
