In short, I guess you get what you pay for. I wont be back.
Pros:

The breakfast was fine. It was in a good location. The price was pretty fair.

Cons:

The manager went the the restroom and left without washing his hands. The rooms are NOT sound proof at all. The overall cleanliness/upkeep of the place was okay but needs improvement. The room itself was clean but I am a plumber and had to fix the p-trap under the bathroom sink because it came apart and water got everywhere. It was not installed properly to begin with. The beds were not comfortable at all. We had to ask a few times for more bath towels and each time had to just go back to the front desk to get them ourselves. When I checked into the hotel, the front dest receptionist told me it was a $20 (TWENTY DOLLAR!) deposit on my card. I was frustrated with that to begin with and then I checked my bank account and she had charged me $100 (ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS!) That is 5X (FIVE TIMES!) the amount she told me she was going to charge me for a security deposit! I told her and she just said that "its okay because it will automatically get refunded onto your card" It is NOT OKAY for you to charge me 5X the amount you tell you are going to and then tell me that its okay. NO, NOT OKAY!

Convenient and affordable.
Pros:

Laundry facilities were convenient and the room availability at the last minute was good. Breakfast options were delicious.

Cons:

Shower faucet wouldn't shut off; carpet in room stunk like stinky feet.

Great Beds And Great Food Who Could Want More
Pros:

I normally always stay at this location. The staff is super friendly.The rooms are clean and the breakfast has more selection than, you know what to do with fresh delicious

Cons:

There was some construction going on, so it eliminated a lot of the parking.I'm handicapped, so I had to park at the other property across the street and walk across.It was inconvenient but otherwise that was no fault of their own.They were doing repairs on the parking lot
