Excelente
Pros:

Excelente el desayuno, empaticos con el horario de chek in, dieron respuestas a los problemas, super limpios, predispuestos, simpaticos/as, cómodo.

Pros:

The beds were comfortable and the rooms were quiet. The breakfast was hot and ready.

The shower was leaking and there were some big cobwebs in the corner of our room.

Spotless Rooms and Wonderful Service—A Near‑Perfect Experience
Pros:

My stay was excellent overall. The room was spotless, the beds were comfortable, and the amenities were exactly what I needed. The front desk team was polite and efficient, and the breakfast area was clean with plenty of options. There were a few small areas that could be enhanced, but nothing that took away from the overall quality.

It was ok. Not as good as other places we have stayed within the same price range.
Cons:

The pool area was very dirty! While walking around the perimeter to find a seat, on the floor we saw a used band-aid, several discarded fake eyelashes, many strips of cardboard, a small ball of hair, and outdoor debris. It was pretty gross. So glad we wore pool shoes!

The beds were comfortable, and the room was mostly clean

Cons:

The building is in disrepair, the hot tub and pool were disgusting, the paint was flaking off around the hot tub and floating in the water. It needed to be cleaned really badly. The breakfast was minimal, and not good. They don't even offer juice or anything to drink except coffee. Im not giving my kids coffee

Great stay with excellent service
Pros:

Great hotel and excellent service. The receptionist Praba was very, very good and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. She was friendly, patient, and always willing to assist. Thanks to her, our holiday was smooth and enjoyable.
