Spend a little more and stay somewhere else

Cons:

Bad part of town, tweakers/bums everywhere, dirty room, booked a non smoking room and the room had clearly been smoked in, laughable “breakfast”. The absolute worst bed I’ve ever been in, dirty towels. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Hospitality is the main key work in the hotel buisness

The lady that was working The morning of April 9th 2026 need to be fired she has the worst customer service i have ever experienced in my LIFE and I work in the hospitality industry. Never has anyone been so disrespectful and rude. And to top it off she hung up on me for asking what her name was. When I called back she told me she's not allowed to tell me who her manager is or there names. I called the ramada head office. Besides that our stay was great rooms were to guy who checked us in nice pleasant

Disappointing

They had a breakfast

Cons:

No personnel on cite. Have to check in at a kiosk. Room was not clean and one bed had stains on the sheet. They advertised daily housekeeping, but it didn't happen. Pet friendly, but no place to walk our dog. Will not stay there again.

The receptionist was rude to my wife
The room was not cleaned properly, there were items from the last guest on the shelf beside the ironing board
Under the beds had not been cleaned, there were still items and a lot of dust
There was dust on the ceiling and wall above the beds
It is supposed to be a non smoking facility but our room smelled like smoke and there were many butts on the ground outside
The microwave was also dirty inside

It was okay for 2 nights!
Pros:

The breakfast was great as was the staff. The facility needs help: had to change ightbulb out of one lamp to another cuz it was burned out, socket in bathroom did not work on North wall, dusty handles on bureau, gym had no sanitizer or mats or dumbbells, no physical map of room to find it other than robot that checked u in or to find gym. Pool closed.!!
