Muy mala experiencia

La habitación está bien

Cons:

La atención fue muy mala experiencia pagamos por dos noches salimos a recorrer la ciudad y al llegar nos dimos cuenta que no había nada en la habitación limpiaron y botaron según ellos todas nuestras cosas ropa cargadores maquillaje productos de aseo personal fue muy frustrante cuando fuimos hablar para preguntar que pasó dudaron de nosotros diciendo que necesitaba pruebas después des unas horas nos ofrecieron una noche gratis nos rendimos y nos íbamos cuando nos dicen que encontraron nuestras cosas no se disculparon no volvería jamás a este hotel

Nice facilities and great staff
Pros:

Everything was clean, the staff was helpful, the facilities were great.

Cons:

The breakfast wasn't great, the eggs tasted powdered and sometimes they didn't have yogurt or decaf, but it was clean and they kept cold water in the lobby.

The in room fridge also froze all my stuff so I couldn't eat salad at all (frozen) and it limited my meals a bit.

Well worth the money. Loved our sweet
Pros:

It was clean & the staff is exceptional. Price is good.

Cons:

Property is dated but very well maintained. Had trouble with internet going out a few times but staff got on it immediately. Kept having to put WiFi password in to keep connection. Sausage was under cooked. Breakfast was ok, good not great.

Pros:

Shower curtain had mold on it. Rooms were clean. Bed to close to AC unit had to crawl in from foot of bad. I expected more for the money I spent. Pool tiles were very very slick fall several times just walking. Not supplied with towels had to ask. Needs more rough surfaces. Food was good ladies did great job they.
