The room was perfect for our needs on this trip.

Cons:

Our last morning there after we ate breakfast the elevator was not working. We were on the 3rd floor, and I had to use the stairs to get back to the room. I have a bad knee and back, so this was quite difficult! Thank goodness it was working again before we had to haul luggage down.

Pros:

Rooms were very nice and aesthetically pleasing. Nice, clean pool. Breakfast had a great selection of hot items including waffles, eggs, meat, potato, and assorted bread items, cereal, juices, and coffee. Staff was attentive and helpful with questions. Located close to interstate and multiple restaurant options. Would definitely stay again! 😄

Excellent location, clean & quiet building, pet friendly. Staff are very friendly as well.

Does not matter to me: pet fee should be clear on website so people would know up front on fee, no surprise to quest this way.

Don't expect much and they still under find a way to dissapoint
Pros:

It is in a great location very close to the highway and close to a majority of the local activities.

Cons:

It was not well maintained with many of clean areas, mold in the shower, walls poorly fixed, and stained beds. We asked for housekeeping two days in a row according to their policy, and they never showed up. Resulting in a stock pile of used towels.

Pros:

The property parking lot was being resurfaced and parking was very limited. Our room was on the side of the work being done and it was very noisy early in the morning which woke us up.

Cons:

The parking outside the building was being resurfaced at the time of our arrival which limited parking areas very inconvenient. The inside of the building was OK. However, the man at the desk I felt was very rude during our stay and lied to my wife about the noise that woke us up in the morning and said it was race cars is making the noise however it was the machines cleaning the asphalt very early in the morning. The general staff was very good . The lady who was at the desk later on was very helpful, helped to fix the shade that was broken in our room. She was doing a very good job taking care of us and making our stay more pleasant The staff for breakfast time was also very good. Add an asset to your company.
