Would certainly entertain staying here again if in the area.
Pros:

I liked the location to a supper spot and also to the venue we were attending in the evening.

Cons:

The breakfast ( hot foods) needs some attention. My only fault was that the hot food was not hot. The scrambled eggs were warm, I felt the sausages were undercooked , pale in color not browned at all and although in a food warmer like the eggs, the bacon and sausages were cold. Did not enjoy cold breakfast foods that should be served warm.

Pros:

8 bikers doing the confederation trail.
Staff were awesome helping us store our bikes, blow up our tires, took group photo in AM, nicest young men I ever met. Good on you finding such great employees.

The location was good. We understood there were laundry facilities on the premises. This was not true.

Comfortable stay
Pros:

The room was nice and clean and very comfortable to stay in. Check in was very easy as staff is on duty even late at night. The parking is right on the property, so great to go in and out if you have a car. Breakfast is okay, my partner likes the waffle maker.

Cons:

Was a bit pricey.

Comfortable,once we settled in.
Pros:

A large group of young people & parents had taken over the common areas, one of which was right outside our door(very noisy). We had asked for a room with a bathtub but we had a shower. Thankfully they changed us to a “family style” room with a tub. This actually solved the noise problem also because the bedroom area was separated from the lobby by a tv / lounge area.
Too bad it hadn’t been foreseen ahead of our arrival.

A wonderful stay!
Pros:

The staff were extremely accommodating to our needs despite the hotel being at 100% occupancy with multiple tournaments in town. The hotel was clean, and well equipped. The pool was lovely. There was virtually no noise and the entire hotel was beautifully decorated for the holidays! We had a wonderful stay and are looking forward to our next visit!

There was nothing to dislike!

Tiny room..
Pros:

Stayed for one night. We had a ground floor king room. Small room for a king bed. Little room to move around and put your suitcases away. Bed was comfortable but pillows too small and or hard or soft and lumpy. Shower gave a weak stream and difficult to get the right temperature. Room had a very strong smell. Told the people at reception they said they were sorry and shrugged it of. Had the window open the whole evening but the smell would not go away. Earlier, outside behind our room they were pumping the septic or something, maybe that gave our room the smell? As an astma patient it affected me the whole night. Also had a connecting room and could hear the blue jays game in the next room and the conversation of our neighbors as they probably also could hear us. The hallway is very noisy with people talking and doors slamming. Breakfast was good and there was a great coffee machine for guest to use outside breakfast hours too. Good restaurant next door.
