Pros:

We let the staff know our children thought the hotel was haunted and they played along wonderfully!!! The did up a scavenger hunt for the kids and had a whole story. They loved it!

My stay was very good; comfortable bed for good sleep, filling breakfast to start my day.
Pros:

location was central to my needs; breakfast was plentiful, good variety, satisfying; pillows were perfect; coffee supplied in room was very good coffee (I have the same at home); staff friendly and professional, with good knowledge of area

Cons:

charging up front for POSSIBLY dining in the pub/restaurant and then reversing the charge at checkout; prefer to "pay as I go"

The noise and disruptions from hockey team should have justified getting my money back.

Location is great. Awesome place to stay.

Cons:

There was a hockey team staying in hotel that assumed the whole place was for them. The hockey being played in hallways and noise from a ball being shot off our door was unfortunate.
