Other than staff on reception we were extremely happy with our stay and would book again.
Pros:

Beds were very comfortable. Everything was clean and tidy.
The breakfast was plentiful with so much variety to choose from. The service staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Felt the reception staff would rather be behind the dark glass or not there at all.
No enthusiasm or interest in our stay..

Excellent location, friendly staff & clean rooms. Perfect for work travel.
Pros:

Excellent location - 1 minute walk to shops & restaurants. Right across the road for the beachfront. Super friendly staff - lots of parking on site. Clean, comfortable room. Breakfast upstairs in the restaurant has great views of the sea & Across to Russell.

A Very pleasant stay and would highly recommend, look forward to hopefully returning next year.
Pros:

The cleanliness and oh the most comfortable bed I think I've ever slept in and the quietness. Reception staff were most helpful.

Cons:

I thought the breakfast could've been presented a bit better.

Pros:

The location was great!

Cons:

The noise from the other guests and the restaurant had an event and music was blasting until midnight and we weren’t made aware this was happening. Take earplugs if you stay here as the rooms are not soundproof at all.

Staff was exceptional, always make you real comfortable. Also love how we can park our cars there until the event is finished, it can't a load of us as sometimes we dont make it back in time to move otherwise
