Great location but overpriced motel
Pros:

Exquisite views of the bay from our junior suite. The breakfast that was included was so dreadful (canned fruit, egg slop and bad coffee from an urn) that after the second day, we ate a delicious breakfast at Zane Greys across the road on the pier for the rest of our stay. Not one hook in the bathroom and only enough lounges by the pool for 2 people. I just don’t get it! Why can’t the amenities match the beautiful view and exorbitant prices. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this motel.

Pros:

Location was great

Cons:

There was no separation between the sleeping area and the hand basin. And the hand basin and toilet were on the same light switch so if you needed to go to the toilet in the night, the light lit the sleeping area

Enjoyed my stay everything that was needed in the room and outside area.
Pros:

Friendly staff. Nice outdoor area to sit in. Lovely pool. Location great. Clean comfortable room.

Cons:

Stay was generally good.
Pros:

Breakfast was ok. Think you need to stay open until 10am.
While I was in there a customer was denied a cup of coffee it was only 9 25.

Very accommodate people. I like the breakfast a la cart food. It was delicious.

Cons:

Air Con unit in our room couldn't run for a long time enough keep the room cool for my baby and my child in the summer heat. Bathroom sink had very slow drainage. First time housekeeping tried to fixed but didn't solve the issue, second time no response from housekeeping. Besides those issues, overall the stay was decent.

We enjoyed our 2 nights at Kingsgate. Our room was clean and bathroom manitained well
Pros:

Breakfast was good - offered some fresh fruits with a large variety of stewed fruits. Cereal selection was good. Srammbled eggs were nicely cooked. Various bread selections and croissants
Staff friendly and proactive in dining room.

Cons:

I would have liked an addition of yogurt.
