Deck good but need a outdoor table to sit at

The air fryer had a USED paper liner in it, there where no tongs to use, the freezer box didn't freeze properly & no ice or ice cube tray, for the price we paid & our 20th wedding anniversary a little disappointing

We enjoyed our stay so much that we stayed on for an extra night
Pros:

We varied our stay by eating breakfast out one day but the breakfast at Kingsgate was good too.

Cons:

A heated pool would be nice.

Close to the toenship. Found receptions rude and disrespectful both the evening and particularly the morning.

Pros:

I like the location of the hotel. The beds were comfortable & house keeping did an amazing job (paki, paki).

Cons:

Since my room was next-door to the stairwell where you entered the building & it was on the top level, I could hear people trudging up & down the stairs & having loud conversations at bout 6.30am. The bathroom door was a slider & didn't even have a lock & you could see into the bathroom through the sides of the door. The internet connection was absolutely atrocious where we had to wait for yonks to connect up & then again wait for yonks to navigate from one website to the next. We just gave up in the end. The antiquated phone in the room seems to be there for display because nobody answers when you dial reception. Also, I messaged the hotel via the app to enquire about how I connect up to the internet for free & no response. I'm not being a Karen here, but really! This hotel needs to be better than before. Kudos to housekeeping for taking this critique score up to a 4/10 experience.

Cons:

海绵床垫，特别闷，被子也是很差的闷热不透气。
在卫生间看到浴池边放着，其他人用过的塑料包装洗头膏。
电视是一个可能只有20寸的小电视。
所以卫生和设施床品方面实在不行。
