Nothing at all, it was a fabulous place to stay.
Fabulous location, staff were really lovely.
Clean and tidy and had what we needed for our stay.
If we were really picky, the gym and games room access was not as accessible as it could have been. Some games parts missing.
Usual great standards from the hotel, clean room and great they have upgraded the TV's to a decent size!

We were there for a function at the hotel so the weather wasn’t able to spoil things.
Everything was accessible.
Central location and Kingsgate brand were key factors in our booking decision. Once upstairs in the dining area, breakfast was delightful with a full range to choose from. The views were spectacular. Our room, though furthest away from most of the facilities, was clean and comfortable.
No mention on your website that there is no lift or elevator to the second floor dining and bar facilities. My wife was on crutches due to a broken ankle 2 months ago, and literally couldn't get up the steep stairs to the second level. This forced us to dine in our room.
Surely in 2026, a simple lift for the disabled is not an unreasonable expectation.
Always come here. Its always comfortable and clean. Breakfast is always a hit.
