A family event so close hotel to stay in. Easily found. Clean bright hotel. Welcoming staff. Room clean and plenty of space. Bed comfortable and room perfect temperature. Good breakfast. No hot water. Unable to shower on Saturday or on Sunday. Even hand washing was not good with cold water.
We let staff know at checkout and were offered breakfast free on our next stay.

Great welcome on arrival, clean rooms, super comfortable bed. Tasty food in restaurant, good selection on menu. Plentiful freshly cooked breakast, safe free car parking.

Pros:

It's the third time I have stayed there since 2022, and some parts are starting to look tired, like the carpets in the corridors. There was a bracket on my bathroom door for a hanging hook but the hook was missing, as was some of the grout on the floor tiles. No complaints about the cleanliness, food prices or overall experience, it just could have been slightly better.

Good stop over
Pros:

A good hotel for a single night stop over, definitely good value for money with breakfast included.
The restaurant was very quiet during dinner and service was on the slow side, we'd probably go elsewhere if we were to stay again.
The room was clean and the bed comfortable, the curtains cut out the majority of light and the bathroom was clean and tidy too.
