Pros:

Friendly atmosphere very helpful staff.

Cons:

Breakfast wasn't the best, little things like butter on the table, bowls available for cereal only scrambled eggs available with the hot food, these little things could lift the rating. Breakfast is not cheap so it's not too much to expect. Otherwise, very good

Pros:

The staff were friendly and there was always someone around. The room was so comfortable and the beds were much better than most hotels. We added breakfast on and did not regret it, food was delicious and the hotel is just out of the way of the city so theres no noise at night from traffic or people outside but close enough to walk into and an easy walk too. I cannot recommend this hotel enough

Cons:

I honestly couldn't find anything to criticise, it was an amazing stay

Not worth the high price but friendly, clean and comfortable.
Pros:

Reception staff were genuinely lovely, the riverside location is great, the airport bus stops right outside. Be aware that the bus driver only accepts cash (2.20 to the airport), no cards or contactless! The room was comfortable and bathroom fine although having soap etc nailed to the wall at shower height isn't very convenient when you want to take a bath. Didn't go to the bar or restaurant.

Cons:

Cafe in the lobby was very underwhelming. Had to strip and remake my bed as the mattress topper wasn't attached to the corners and all ruched up under the sheet. The bottom sheet wasn't big enough to tuck in under the mattress, and the pillowcases were too small which resulted in solid barrel-like pillows.

Kind and helpful reception staff.
Pros:

A big thank you to Emma and Gabriel on the reception team and the lovely bar staff who allowed six very wet visitors to store luggage before the evening airport bus. Great base for exploring Cork and made our time so enjoyable despite the torrential rain and wind. Thank you.

Pros:

Convenient to city centre

Cons:

I was supposed to get a code to get key to check into room at 3 pm. I had already checked in online. I didn’t receive a code. Consequently I had to stand in line for 30 mins in order to get room key
