Pros:

Excellent location for attending a concert. Staff were very respectful. Great facilities for a city hotel.Delicious breakfast.

Cons:

Email received a few weeks beforehand from scammers that threatened to cancel booking unless link clicked. Contacted hotel to clarify.

Pros:

El hotel es de primera categoría en todos los aspectos.
Las habitaciones están muy bien equipadas, son muy cómodas y limpias. Se nota que están especialmente pensadas para acoger al viajero.
El hotel tiene una opción muy cómoda para hacer el auto check in. Se puede hacer online o en unas pantallas que hay en la recepción.
El restaurante está bastante bien para cenar o tomar algo.
El desayuno es tipo buffet y tiene todo lo necesario para recuperar fuerzas.
El personal es súper amable.

Cons:

El único punto en contra a mencionar es el parking y no es realmente culpa del hotel y tampoco es tan terrible.
El parking es una instalación compartida con el edificio de oficinas anexo al hotel. El interior del parking está perfecto. Plazas amplias y con el camino hacia el hotel bien señalizado. Se accede al hotel directamente desde el interior del parking.
Los únicos inconvenientes son:
La entrada está un poco escondida, no obstante, si usas el Google Maps en su versión street view podrás localizarla sin problema.
La bajada al parking es de ambos sentidos de circulación y solo cabe un coche por vez, por lo que hay que tener cuidado.
Los alrededores del parking pueden resultar un poco inseguros de noche ya que deambulan por la zona gente sin hogar, drogadictos, borrachos...

Pros:

Have stayed here before, nice, comfortable hotel, staff are good, not fantastic but no complaints with them.
Breakfast great choice of food.

Cons:

Staff were nice but without being over the top, they really need to be a little bit interested in their job.
One guy in the bar nodded at people, took their order & handed them the card machine, not a single word spoken by him most of the order's he took.
Not a Clayton issue but the druggies & homeless around the hotel is very off putting, doesn't feel safe in the area.

Good, central hotel
Pros:

Good, modern hotel in central Cork.
Check in machines worked great.
Parking is €12 and conveniently brings you right into the lobby. 
Beds comfy.
Sixth floor was quiet.
Room was a perfect temperature despite warm weather. 
Gym was excellent - best equipped hotel gym I've ever used.

Cons:

The showers in the pool changing area. I tried four showers. The first had no soap dispenser, the second had no soap, the fixtures were broken in the third and the door didn't close in the fourth.
We also had an atrium room which I don't mind for a night but it's a shame not to get a city view.

Had a wonderful relaxing stay staff were lovely hotel was exceptional pool and gym facilities were top notch
Pros:

A nice central location to go around and explore the city staff were all lovely hotel very comfortable and clean

Cons:

Not the property’s fault at all but there was some vagrants outside causing a scene one of the days and they were kind of always hanging around the area although security did an amazing job making us feel safe just from their presence

Staff were brilliant .
Pros:

The check in guy was brilliant. Vicktor I think was his name. It was my husbands birthday and he organised a birthday plate very secretly and was extremely helpful.

Cons:

No green tea option for breakfast. But the guy in charge was very helpful and got me something else. No where to sit on the balcony.

Well located and comfortable hotel
Pros:

Breakfast was fantastic. We arrived down for breakfast at around 10.30 and breakfast was to finish at 11. Plenty of food and were not rushed away. Staff were very helpful
