Facilities are great. Modern styling. Close to central bars and pubs. Breakfast very nice and convenient. Staff professional and friendly

Cons:

Noisy at night - rear rooms. Unsure if there’s a homeless shelter or drug rehab in the facility but having your window open is a mistake. Rough sleepers kicking off at each other at 5am on our last night. No fault of the hotel, but good to know. Probably not an issue if your room faces out to the front water.

Great stay
Pros:

Also my favourite hotel in cork, beds are so comfy with a fab size room. Staff are so friendly, especially Victor at reception and the manager. Breakfast fab with lots to choose from, with fab staff.
Leisure centre, with fab pool with jacuzzi. The hotel is just a 5-minute walk to the town centre.

Cons:

We had a noise problem in our first room, but we were moved. Plus, the noise was sorted quickly by the manager. 2nd room was perfect. But 1st room, the shower was poor, and so was the TV. TV sorted by staff very quickly.

Pros:

Most comfortable bed i have sleept if for a long long time. Very friendly and helpfull reception staff. Secure underground parking.
