Pros:

Generously sized room, extremely comfortable beds. Had everything we needed and when we requested extras, like additional tea etc , staff were happy to oblige. Good location for the city centre but, with the exception of a road running past one side, not too noisy. Good pool and gym. All staff very friendly and helpful, hope to stay again on another visit.

We always stay at the Clayton when we travel to Cork I just felt there was a number of issues and we were given the room

We were given an upgrade which was great but there was an issue with a bedside lamp that we couldn't turn off which wasn't sorted and the bedroom TV didn't show any English channels so we had to revert to Netflix
