Unsatisfactory. Does not warrant the stars it has.

We didn’t care for this hotel.

Cons:

The room was very tired and grubby. There were stains on the carpet, a hole in the wall, ripped fabric on one bed frame, rust on the bedside lamps and dirty voile drapes. The bathroom was also tired. Brown mould on grouting and grubby shower frame. For the price of the room this was unacceptable.

+ sehr geräumiges Zimmer;
+ Frühstück ausgezeichnet, auch für Allergiker (sogar eigener Toaster für GF Brot!);
+ Lage direkt am Wasser;
+ Parkgarage direkt unterhalb des Hotels;
+ einfachere Online Checkin;
+ für Läufer: nach ca 1,5 km super Laufstrecke rund um Stadion und tolle 2025 neu eröffnete Promenade;
+ unweit belebter Fußgängerzone

Cons:

~ Parkgebühr etwa hoch für 24h;
~ Hotel schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, trotzdem alles sehr sauber

Avoid or expect poor treatment

Bedrooms are what you expect from clayton hotels and showers were good

Cons:

Service is awful. Had issue with the tv. Took 2 calls and 30mins for guy to come, service was slow in the bar and football was on a screen as old as me. Very poor quality and no sound.

Ordered room service at 10.21.... chased at 11.08 and then it came. One pint of guinness took almost 1 hour.

Complained about the service and the guy said ill let management no. After a night of bekng worken by drugged up homeless on the road outside the windown the Next day at the desk when I complained he said he would upgrade my stay at the liffey valley the following week. Well guess what... he didnt. The guy with the long manicured fingernails was the guy who promised

There were 3 of us in a deluxe double+single bed room and only 2 bottles of water and 2 bath towels were supplied so we had to contact reception for more which took time to deliver

We had an excellent week with another two friends. We had wonderful rooms and a great experience

Perfectly central hotel and lovely staff and beautiful room.
Pros:

the location of the Hotel was perfect. the room was amazing. All of the staff i came in contact with were friendly and professional. the was an incedent in the bar with another customer and the care and attention shown to the couple was exceptional.

I was directed to the self checkin by signs in the lobby on my arrival. It was quick and easy to use, but I would have prefered the personal touch. this was my mistake and not your.
