If I stay again, it’ll be at the front to avoid the noisy hostel out the back

Great spacious hotel. Room fairly standard but perfectly fine.

Cons:

I was at the back for two nights and for the second 24 hours (Mon afternoon, evening and overnight) there was consistent chat outside the homeless hostel across the street and a lot of addicts roaring and shouting in the street. Even a fight being cleared out at 4am along with a 5pm shouting match for a full hour on and off and another fight in the street at 10am.
I was awoken at 11pm, 1am, 2am and 4am when I finally put earplugs in.
