The apartments & Connacht Cruiser are serviced by our Accommodations team for guests staying over 5 nights only. Lovely hotel
Pros:

The hotel was lovely and the bed was super comfy. Around 30 minutes walk to the town, with various stop offs on route. The self-service breakfast was good too.

Cons:

Our trip was very spontaneous as we were actually in our converted van on a trip so we didn't plan for a hotel stay and therefore we didn't bring any swim wear so couldn't visit the pool!

Doors of room close automatically but it's a really loud slam.

Great Family Stay ... highly reccomend ❤️
Pros:

We had a 2 night stay over the easter holidays as a family of 4 ... kids aged 4 and 8years ... Hotel was fav and our stay was perfect .. staff were all so friendly from the reception to the bar to the pool and the cleaning staff ... Food was lovley also .. we didnt have one complaint and anyone with kids its ideal ... our kids went to the kids club and loved it ... Great hotel and will definitely be go back and would reccomend to anyone ❤️

Pros:

Lovely hotel with terrific amenities - wonderful food at restaurant, beautiful pool & workout facilities, lovely well appointed room with all one could ask for!

Cons:

It is a bit outside of town (but, quiet) - walkable if fit/like the exercise, not too long a bus ride or short car ride. Admittedly, was the only place we encountered anyone rude (initial check-in w/ younger lad was great, however, was received very rudely when asked a particular front desk woman a question (hotel was busy, perhaps she’d had a bad day) - unfortunate, but life.)

Superbe hotel avec une restauration géniale
Pros:

Hotel gigantesque. Nous avons apprécié le parking souterrain accédant directement dans l'hôtel. Nos chambres, communicantes étaient géniales et très spacieuses. nous avons avons pris nos petits déjeuners et un repas du soir dans l'hôtel, qui étaient tous délicieux et avec un service au top.

Cons:

Peut-être un petit côté vieillot des couloirs...

The hotel overall was fab! So clean and service was brilliant. Staff were very polite & helpful. Swimming pool & sauna was lovely. Hotel bar was great with live band! Breakfast lovely too.

Cons:

It would be great if there was mini fridges in the rooms. Everyone else great!

Excellent hotel for a family stay with children. The staff, location and facilities are excellent.
Pros:

The staff at the Connacht are excellent - everyone we encountered was friendly, professional and helpful.

Cons:

I made several calls in order to book a table in the restaurant and despite that, they had no record of my reservation. They did manage to accommodate us. The food was not great however.
