Pros:

The bunk beds were a novelty in the family room. Reception staff were very nice.

Where do I start.

Room was so small. We had a family room with absolutely no floor space. No drinking water provided at all which is ridiculous in a family friendly room???.
The dust was horrendous. Leaving my phone down for just a few minutes it was covered in dust. TV and counter tops extremely dusty (hqve pictures of same). No conditioner provided in the bathroom. TV was not a smart TV which in this day and age is just sub standard especially for young kids in a family friendly hotel.


Breakfast....met by staff and told where to sit nothing else. Family of 5 seated at a 4 seater table. Not informed of were anything was etc. Staff were completely uninterested, bar one girl Emma who was engaging to the kids and ensured we had everything we needed.Food was usual hotel breakfast however a number of the items were cold, mushrooms and tomatoes to name a few.

Pool in need of serious update and a good power wash. Jacuzzi out of order. Again no shampoo or conditioner provided.

Play area was not open as we went mid week on a mid term.

All in all not a hotel for families. The reviews are not representative of our experience. Would not recommend or return unfortunately.

L'emplacement avec le bus de ville devant. Petit déjeuner copieux et bon.

Cons:

Très gros hôtel accueillant de nombreux bus de touristes. Chambre pour 4 un peu petite.

Unpleasant experience. Location good . Fantastic trip in Galway but stay disappointed.
Pros:

Staff were friendly and helpful

Cons:

Needs update . Found it tired and shabby. Furniture in lobby very stained . Poor very very basic . Not even a bottle of water or mini bar . Room very boring, brown and dull . Nothing but bed , a lamp and a table . Bed with no room between them . All very poor

Pros:

Everything was good

Cons:

When i opened the press to get a glass it was practically stuck to the press. Cups, glasses and plates had to be cleaned before use. We also could not get out into our balcony. Television, hairdryers were very old and barely working when being used. When i turned on the sink it was like a pressure washer soaked the whole bathroom and anyone standing in front of it.
