Pros:

Hotel facilities were very good, leisure centre was great for kids. Hotel was warm and staff were all excellent

Pros:

All the staff were absolutely lovely very welcoming the place was beautiful and very clean. The prices of the rooms are actually really good aswell I Will definitely be coming back

Worth the expense
Pros:

The decor, layout, and general feel of the the hotel way exceeded my expectations. I booked in advance and whilst the room felt pricey it was quiet, nicely laid out, and the bed was extremely comfortable.

Cleanliness was faultless, friendly cleaners everywhere, people checking on rooms, and I even saw someone cleaning skirting boards!!

Bar was well laid out, roomy, and never felt crowded even when it was busy.

Breakfast was excellent and genuinely great value, with friendly service.

Cons:

I’m picking faults - the bar prices were a touch high, but I’d go again!!

Pros:

Love this hotel , have stayed there many times and always enjoy . Staff are so friendly , helpful and willing to help with any requirements.

Cons:

Would like hand held shower as well as overhead . Maybe shower instead of bath .Could do with 2 chairs in room.
