Air conditioning was not easy to adjust (instruction were not clear), the bathroom had only a button to turn on light and at the same time the vent turned on, which made uncomfortable to the other people sleeping when going to the restroom at night with the noise from the vent.
I had a terrible experience at this property as the air conditioning unit did not function properly in the room. It made loud noises all night and as a result I didn’t sleep well.

Staff is not friendly or helpful. Rooms are unsanitary- they spot clean. The bed sheets were dirty and the toilet was dirty.
The greeting was about all, and the stairs in the lobby, so we didn't have to wait for an elevator. The ability to pre-check in, but they still asked for my credit card, which I had prepaid. Audriana was on the night staff and was courteous and took all the complaints everyone had with no support. She apologized, but no actual manager on staff to help. She refunded my money for the washer not working in my room #229.
To start, this was a major weekend with the State Track meet breakfast on the 1st day, no meet only in the gravy, which was not good, especially if you don't eat gravy. In the room, I requested extra towels or body wash, which was empty; that didn't happen either. I called housekeeping at about 6 pm and also stressed it on me pre-check online; nobody came to bring towels, so we had to go down to get some. No face towels were given; just 2 big towels were given. I requested my room to be cleaned since there was a sign-up saying you must request it; we had to be at the meet at 8:30; this was before the cutoff time. Which was odd, but when we got back, the room was not clean or restocked. Went to ask for clean towels; keep in mind this was a major weekend STATE TRACK MEET. That was outdoors sporting event, so our old towels were dirty. The front desk said we don't have towels anymore (I wonder why you didn't clean rooms to even get towels to wash.) I bought towels from Walmart. Then tried to wash uniforms in the laundry room; only 1 washer was working, and 1 dryer was working, but a line. I got a washer but then come to find out the left washer was out of order. She gave me my $2.00 back in coins, but then I had to go to a 24-hr. Wash Huat at about 11:15 pm. This was too much money, $509 for them not to have proper staff and accommodations. Lastly on the bedding, when you pulled the sheets back it was a stain on the sheets, very obvious, and the pull-out had no blanket; in the closet had to go get one. I want some of my money back; they won't ever have to worry about me booking a Wyndham Brand again.

unfortunately that day the pool was closed didn't know why as a family when we travel pool availability is a must for us so the kids can have some fun after the trip, we weren't given a reason why it was closed.
