We had a lovely stay, the room was large and very comfortable, the breakfast option is good value and the staff are wonderful and very helpful

We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the hotel at the price. Staff were most accommodating and helpful. The room was well appointed. Breakfast was excellent. But the bed was a shocker. Far too soft or worn out. We both had a terrible nights sleep and woke with sore backs. I asked the desk staff if the hotel had a range of beds available only to be informed that all the mattresses are the same only of different ages. Sadly we will scratch this hotel when looking at hotels for future stays in Canberra.

I stayed here for two nights. The hotel was very clean and my room was comfortable the bar was pleasant and I had a great dinner at the hotel on my last night. Big shout out to Catherine and the rest of the front desk staff for being so friendly and helpful.

A 15 to 20 minute walk to eats , shops so its not central in my mind. Deco vibes and clean. Reception lovely. Rooms generous size and bed lovely, coffee pods too. I was off the bar and restaurant but no noise. Here for work as a tourist to far from anything unless driving.

Great stay, wonderful staff, including the manager who is always welcoming, happy and great to speak with. Keeps you coming back. She is wonderful.

The Ramada Diplomat is a gem in a central location. The staff provide exceptional service and nothing is too difficult for them. The ambiance of the hotel is peaceful and relaxing and we always enjoy our free welcome drinks and quality happy hour wines. The decor is a little dated, but that's part of its charm. The rooms are large, clean and very comfortable. Free onsite parking, close to everything and better value for money than most of the other hotels in the same vicinity. Great for business or family stays.

The accommodation was perfect, very clean, a really comfortable bed, Appelles toiletries which are lovely (million times better than the "degreaser" that you get in some places"), quiet, easy parking, close to Kingston shops, reasonably close to the National Triangle and within walking distance to the Three Mills Bakery.

I have stayed here previously and will again.

Very comfortable rooms and especially the bed. While the room was a little tired the overall presentation of the hotel was excellent as were the breakfasts.

We found the hotel very good and excellent value. Quiet from outside traffic together with dark rooms made two very enjoyable nights of sleep. Although the hotel is showing some signs of age, the facilities are still very good. Underground parking is a bonus.

We enjoyed our stay in a KingRoom. Bed comfortable and large spacious room. I felt the decor reds to be re-worked as it is a bit dated. But otherwise an enjoyable stay.

We had a great stay at the Ramada. The location was very convenient, with easy access by car and only a short drive to anywhere we needed to go in Canberra. The 24‑hour check‑in was invaluable as we arrived very late, and we really appreciated being allowed a late checkout.
Our room was large, clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The overall atmosphere of the hotel felt calm, private, and peaceful, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The beds were comfortable, and all the amenities we needed were provided.
The value for money was excellent, especially for a family of four adults. Overall, a comfortable, well‑located hotel with great flexibility and a quiet, relaxing environment. We would happily stay again.

Amazing stay and that was made possible due to the amazing team they had. We were welcomed with a smile, the staff from check-in to the kitchen and everyone in between is humble, caring, always smiling and genuinely interested in ensuring you are being looked after.

This is my most favourite accomodation in the ACT. Amazing, friendly staff, great management and comfortable beds. Looking forward to many more stays. Thanks to the team at Ramada for you awesome hospitality.

Wonderful accomodation ,absolutely beautiful. The staff were wonderful also ,and very helpful and friendly.
Plenty of undercover secure parking .
Will be back when we are next in Canberra.Also the restaurant was very clean and the food excellent.

I stayed for two nights. On the morning of the second day, I placed all the used towels on the edge of the bathtub, expecting them to be replaced. I was quite surprised to return that evening and find the same used towels hung back on the shelves, with no fresh towels provided.

Having travelled to many countries, I assumed it was common practice that towels placed together after use would be replaced. I was not convinced by the explanation that only towels left on the floor would be changed.

While the staff were generally friendly and helpful, the housekeeping service was disappointing. The hotel is not new, and combined with the substandard housekeeping, it made it difficult to feel that the room was truly clean.

Very clean, comfortable and quiet, value for money. Liked having the restaurant available and the food and service was great
