The hotel was nice and clean and reception staff was very friendly and value for money and breakfast was gd and I will return again
Nothing the hotel was nice
Breakfast was excellent cooked breakfast especially. good selection of morning sweet cake/Pain du chocolat tasters,, Yoghurt
No Branflakes or Weetabix breakfast cereal also the fruit juice was a little weak.
Floor of bedroom was strange being only wood. maybe a small rugs would be of benefit. The only hotel rooms in Spain have plain floors, normally marble but they have a small mat either side of bed.
Disappointed that I could not get a printed copy of invoice before I left. Some to do with the system, This was strange
Evening meal food was great but there was no atmosphere as we were the only ones in the seating area near reception
Room only. Clean but dated
Slight smell of smoking
Locality
Too hot
Once you walked into reception it looked lovely. After that it wasn’t right
I can’t relate the pictures to what I turned up to. Crowd of smokers outside I wasn’t sure I wanted to go in. Reception lovely but no staff. Had to call a number with my reason for calling whilst also hearing from a bloke that wanted a pint was a little unsafe. Restaurant not open so had to go back out for food and only this morning did I realise all flags had been ripped down. Wouldn’t have stayed if I had seen that last night
Its good to spend a time in quite place
My wife and I recently booked a 3-night stay at the Westone Manor Hotel. On arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Sansuta, one of the receptionists. She was friendly, polite, professional, and accommodating in every way, especially to our room needs, as my wife is an amputee and in a wheelchair. Although the room that she allocated was not advertised as an accessible room, it was suitable for our needs. The room was very spacious, clean, and had everything that you needed, with fresh towels each day. The Reception Bar area is accessible and well presented, with quiet, peaceful areas if you need, and Pribean, a member of the staff, was also friendly. The restaurant area has its own bar area and is much more tranquil, and some of the seating overlooks the wonderful, peaceful garden area, which can also be accessed from the restaurant. The food menu has a varied range of choices and reasonaly priced, and the food was good. We were welcomed by Kanchan, a member of the restaurant staff, again very friendly, Polite and Helpful.
On reflection of our stay, although the hotel is located in a residential area, it is very quiet, peaceful, and has lovely surroundings, clean throughout all areas, and the rooms are fairly priced. We slept soundly during our stay. We were made very welcome, and all the staff are wonderful; nothing is too much trouble. A special thank you to Heema and Charlie, who also made our stay fantastic.
Highly recommend it if you need to stay in this area.
We shall be booking a return stay in about 3-4 weeks.

Budget friendly rooms Great staff and amenities. Location is also very convenient. Thank you
Location
Need refurbishing
Food was lovely
Nothing, it's my 3rd stay
A clean room with modern bathroom fittings. Comfortable bed tea/coffee making facilities. Tasty curry in the bar. Friendly receptionist and bar tender
Couldn't stay long at my table in the bar, as it was so cold. Sleeping difficult as my second floor room was so hot, even with an open window.
Nice& quiet location. Close to Weston Favell Centre.
What is wrong with cash these days. Every thing has to be paid by card only.
It was convenient, the receptionist was friendly, an ok shower and a good cooked breakfast in the morning
It’s looking pretty tired and could do with some updating. The mattress was really soft and the rear garden a mess but on the whole it was fine for an overnight stay
What did we like......tbf staff were friendly and efficient. We ordered a pizza, it was massive, not bad at all.
It was 2 degrees outside temp during day, minus 3 that night. I was not expecting The Ritz....the room was 15 degrees COLD when we arrived. There is no room thermostat. The heating only came on at 4pm and did warm up before we went out. However by 10.30pm it was freezing again. I have never gone to bed more layers on. The duvet was very thin, more like summerweight one. I woke in the middle of the night teeth chattering so put on a hoodie. To add insult to injury there was NO HOTWATER at 7am. So we left asap only to be confronted by a pile of vomit on hall carpet. You could not make this up. We did inform the receptionist who seemed mortified. We weren't expecting much but heating the room and hot water is as basic as it gets in hotel industry.
