My wife and I recently booked a 3-night stay at the Westone Manor Hotel. On arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Sansuta, one of the receptionists. She was friendly, polite, professional, and accommodating in every way, especially to our room needs, as my wife is an amputee and in a wheelchair. Although the room that she allocated was not advertised as an accessible room, it was suitable for our needs. The room was very spacious, clean, and had everything that you needed, with fresh towels each day. The Reception Bar area is accessible and well presented, with quiet, peaceful areas if you need, and Pribean, a member of the staff, was also friendly. The restaurant area has its own bar area and is much more tranquil, and some of the seating overlooks the wonderful, peaceful garden area, which can also be accessed from the restaurant. The food menu has a varied range of choices and reasonaly priced, and the food was good. We were welcomed by Kanchan, a member of the restaurant staff, again very friendly, Polite and Helpful.
On reflection of our stay, although the hotel is located in a residential area, it is very quiet, peaceful, and has lovely surroundings, clean throughout all areas, and the rooms are fairly priced. We slept soundly during our stay. We were made very welcome, and all the staff are wonderful; nothing is too much trouble. A special thank you to Heema and Charlie, who also made our stay fantastic.
Highly recommend it if you need to stay in this area.
We shall be booking a return stay in about 3-4 weeks.

Budget friendly rooms Great staff and amenities. Location is also very convenient. Thank you
A clean room with modern bathroom fittings. Comfortable bed tea/coffee making facilities. Tasty curry in the bar. Friendly receptionist and bar tender
Couldn't stay long at my table in the bar, as it was so cold. Sleeping difficult as my second floor room was so hot, even with an open window.
Food was lovely
Nothing, it's my 3rd stay
Location
Need refurbishing
Nice& quiet location. Close to Weston Favell Centre.
What is wrong with cash these days. Every thing has to be paid by card only.
It was convenient, the receptionist was friendly, an ok shower and a good cooked breakfast in the morning
It’s looking pretty tired and could do with some updating. The mattress was really soft and the rear garden a mess but on the whole it was fine for an overnight stay
What did we like......tbf staff were friendly and efficient. We ordered a pizza, it was massive, not bad at all.
It was 2 degrees outside temp during day, minus 3 that night. I was not expecting The Ritz....the room was 15 degrees COLD when we arrived. There is no room thermostat. The heating only came on at 4pm and did warm up before we went out. However by 10.30pm it was freezing again. I have never gone to bed more layers on. The duvet was very thin, more like summerweight one. I woke in the middle of the night teeth chattering so put on a hoodie. To add insult to injury there was NO HOTWATER at 7am. So we left asap only to be confronted by a pile of vomit on hall carpet. You could not make this up. We did inform the receptionist who seemed mortified. We weren't expecting much but heating the room and hot water is as basic as it gets in hotel industry.
Receptionist was very good. Room a good size, bed comfortable
Extremely small restaurant which was cold. A pool table in the middle of the restaurant, very strange. 2 items at dinner that we requested were out if stock. One breakfast item that we asked for out of stock. Orange juice was more like squash. Coffee not nice. Bacon so hard we couldn't cut it or eat it.
Friendly staff and great food

Quiet location, nice staff
Everything is a bit worn off
Cheap and cheerful
Cleanliness.
First impressions it looked nice. We were greeted by a lovely young lady on reception. The room was clean, coffee/tea making facilities, tv, hairdryer etc. We had everything we needed for our one night stay. Bedding was immaculate and the bed was comfortable. The mattress was a bit too firm for my liking but that's personal preference and we slept really well.
We had to lug our bags up several stairs to the second floor, couldn't see a lift. On closer inspection of the room, the decor was very poorly finished. A tile on bathroom floor was broken, chipped bath, grout and silicone around bath/tiles etc looked like a 3 year old had done it. We had to turn off the radiator and open a window as the heat was stifling. I could go on, but for the price we paid I wouldn't expect perfection.
Everything
Nothing!
Bedside lights didn't work, noisy people (drunks)
It was a high chance things not working in the room.
