We had extra pillows as requested, nice shower gel and soap.
There were not enough tea and coffee.
No plug in the sink to wash in the mornings which i found really annoying, only one set of towels in bathroom. Then found some in the wardrobe!!
Staff were friendly and helpful
The rooms were so hot as no air con and didnt provide fans. Although I did see someone returning one in the morning so definitely ask for a fan.
Nothing!!!!
Bed bugs in our room 409!!!!!
2 live ones in the bed and more on head board, staff tried to tell us they were not bed bugs but soon changed their mind when we showed them a live ones.
The manager told us they would have to seal the room off to spray which meant we had nowhere to stay!, which was not good as all hotels in area and surrounding were full, absolutely disgusting 🤢
It is perfectly placed for the cricket, so ideal for a fan like me.
It is probably getting a little dated now so could do with a bit of a makeover.
The pillowcases and sheets were clean, and the room was reasonably clean overall.
The shower pressure was disappointing, with water barely trickling out, which made for an unpleasant experience.
The hotel felt dated and in need of modernisation.
There was no bin provided in the bedroom area.
Despite agreeing to a later check-out, staff approached us to ask that we vacate the room.
When one of our guests requested a small amount of milk for her room, the receptionist attempted to charge her for a cup of tea.
Property was very dated
Good location for us
Tired hotel, uncomfortable mattress
Nothing,it was so bad we didn't stay
See above comment
Breakfast was very nice, pity we had to keep asking for things that we wanted or needed. Rooms were ok

I had a very uncomfortable sleep bed was so hard it was like lying on a hard road I was not happy with the stay at the hotel at hotel would not recommend
Good shower
Room smelled a little foisty on arrival
Staff were friendly
Smell, no insulation between bedroom walls so I was able to hear what was happening next door
Easy to get to, warm welcome , we were only people having breakfast. Mediocre quality but hot.
Poor state , the website shows it as it must have been back in day now it’s poorly maintained. Bedroom 104 was roomy bed was good just very tired old and unclean needed dusting shower pressure very low
The exterior garden is poor, out buildings have tables with dirt and debris on.
Apparently it was used as an illegal migrant hotel which caused its current state.
Very badly misrepresented by photos etc. back when it was a popular hotel
