Excellent place in downtown LA
Pros:

We had an excellent stay. The room was spacious, quiet, and very clean, with housekeeping every day. Towels were replaced daily, the trash was taken out regularly, and everything felt well maintained. We also received a complimentary room upgrade, which made the experience even better.

Excellent value for money.
Pros:

Excellent value. Nice room, very comfortable bed. Plenty of parking.

Cons:

The area is a bit dodgy with lots of homeless people around. Didn’t feel safe walking at night. Noisy guests downstairs but not the hotel’s fault.

The gym was ok.

Cons:

The light would shut off automatically after a few minutes. There were two flies when I walked in. I had to kill them. The elevator is really old. There was a bad smell when walking in the hallway.

la comodidad de la habitacion, cuenta con todo lo necesario

Cons:

creo que deberian pensar en las personas que no hablan ingles para poder registrarse, eso fue lo malo del sistema, ya que siendo turista, el idioma es una barrera, deberian poner a alguien que nos ayude y piense tambien en español
