Great Hotel
Pros:

Very nice Hotel in a great location near to Fisherman’s Wharf and for the Cable cars.

Cons:

The cost of valet service each night, made hiring a car very costly

Very convenient to SFO and friendly staff
Pros:

Great welcome from Jamesh. Loved his energy and enthusiasm and went out of his way to make sure I knew the best ways to get to and from the airport. Good value for money. Appreciated breakfast being included - the waffles exceeded my expectations!

Cons:

Difficult to control I know but the construction noise from next door was right outside my window so woke me up. Next time I'll prefer a room on the other side of the building.

Our stay was good, due to the staff was very attentive and listen to our complaints.
Pros:

Breakfast was decent. Didn’t have more variety. No scrambled eggs and sausage.

Cons:

Our first room has smelled (weeds). However, I called the front desk and we got switched to a different room right away. The front desk was attentive right away.

Pros:

Rentamos auto, así que nos gustó que el estacionamiento fuese económico (aunque habríamos preferido que fuese gratuito, pero ya sabemos cómo es San Francisco y alrededores).
La habitación sí estaba muy limpia y, aunque un poco anticuada, muy cómoda y funcional.
La ubicación para nosotros, que teníamos auto, estaba genial y el desayuno más que suficiente.

Cons:

No sabemos si es que había obras o cuál era el motivo, pero varios días sobre las 7:00am, se escuchaban fuertes golpes y temblaba el edificio. Duraba poco el suceso.
Además le falta un poquito de insonorización.
