Poor customer service and an unacceptable check-in experience.

Check-in was unpleasant. Reception staff was disrespectful and rude, showed little understanding of the online reservation system, and hung up when I requested to speak with a supervisor. I will not be booking here again.

This hotel has working girls outside and use the hotel for their business… so we were told. Air Canada put us in this hotel due to a cancelled flight which is appauling

The space and staff were good but it was a bit dirty and some of the other guest made the experience ok

Everyone was nice, everything was clean, breakfast was made very well!
