l'hotel n est pas entretenu , sdb avec joint noir!! porte de sdb degoulinante de je ne sais quoi , des craquements de peinture un peu partout, une hygiene très douteuse

Très agréable séjour
Pros:

L'hôtel est bien situé, très accessible depuis le centre et la gare grâce au tramway. Le personnel est disponible et très accueillant. La réception est ouverte en permanence pour les arrivées tardives. Le petit-déjeuner est très fourni, et comprend des produits locaux (j'ai beaucoup apprécié la confiture poire-noix !).

Cons:

L'ampoule de l'entrée ne fonctionnait pas (mais j'ai oublié de le signaler en partant, donc je suis un peu coupable vis-à-vis des suivants...), l'ouverture de la fenêtre était cassée et marchait mal, elle était compliquée à manœuvrer.

Le petit déjeuner, non commandé sur linternet immédiatement est plus cher quand il est demandé en arrivant à l’hôtel. Ceci n’est absolument pas normal.
