Pas de téléphone, de clim en fonction, porte papier toilettes gênant.
Relatively good location, close to tram E. During the night, the environment is quiet, which is very good. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The overall impression is good considering the price.
Grenoble is a very nice city to walk around and the view to the mountains is spectacular.
The outdoor temperature was 38°C and aircondition in the room no. 215 was not working. Despite my complaint, they were neither able to change my room, nor fix the aircondition. But they brought me an electric fan, which helped. Interestingly, despite high outdoor temperatures, the room temperature remained bearable and I was not missing the aircon too much.
Breakfast options are somewhat limited (no fried eggs, for instance), but it was good, anyway.
El Hotel está bien. Sabes que pagas poco y no puedes exigir y en verdad el precio-calidad está muy bien. El unico punto negativo es la ubicación. Llegamos en moto desde Barcelona y el chico de la entrada ya nos comento si teniamos cepo para la moto, con todo y que la ubicabamos en el interior del hotel. Tenemos alarma pero no cepo. El muy amablemente nos cedió uno, otro punto a favor, pero cierto es que la zona no anima a salir, menos de noche. Ambiente "delicado" con personas de fuera.
La ubicación o el ambiente de los alrededores, gente inmigrante de esteticas variadas que no promueven tranquilidad, y no es una percepcion o clasismo.

La climatisation ne rejetait que de l'air chaud alors que nous étions en alerte rouge canicule. Le curseur de la climatisation étant cassé, il semble qu'elle ne soit pas récente. pas de possibilité de fermer les volets pour juguler la chaleur puisque les volets roulants extérieurs sont cassés. Le personnel m'a bien donné un ventilateur mais l'air restait chaud et tout celà était très bruyant (ventilateur + clim ne refroidissant pas mais envoyant de l'air.
Personnellement je trouve que le petite déjeuner est trop cher.

La communication: je m'attendais à ce que le cout de la nuit soit prélevé directement sur la CB renseignée sur le site Booking, on m'a demandé de régler sur place. Par sécurité, j'ai donc annulé ma réservation afin de ne pas payer deux fois.
Par la suite l'hôtel m'a contacté exigeant un paiement de 24 euros en plus, disant que son collègue s'était trompé dans le calcul du prix lors de l'arrivée. Pourtant j'avais bien payé le montant prévu via votre plateforme. Voyant ma détermination, l'interlocuteur a rétropédalé.

Dimensioni della camera, letto grande e comodo, bagno pulitissimo, bollitore e caffè/ tè per preparare una bevanda calda, parcheggio gratuito chiuso da un cancello, nelle immediate vicinanze fermata del tram che porta direttamente in centro citta. Qualche problema con la camera che è stato prontamente risolto dal ragazzo alla reception.
Consiglio qualche lavoro di manutenzione, nel mio caso finestra camera e condizionatore.
