Beautiful location
Pros:

Beautiful location with stunning views. We stayed in the Garden Villa which was ideal for 4 friends. The space was lovley, 4 good sized en suite rooms. Good facilities and clean.

Cons:

Sad that the beds were not made daily like a hotel room would have been. Bedrooms could do with bedside cabinets and / or sets of drawers in them. We were not made aware of the £3000.00 security debit taken on our card on checking in, which we felt very steep for a 2 night stay. Most hotels hold a card but this amount was debited on a Credit card. Which then affected credit available to spend and within a couple of days to statement pay date...

Lovely hotel, good value.

Lovely hotel with good facilities
Friendly and helpful staff
Bike hire was great
Room was compact but fine for a couple of nights

Cons:

Minor point but would be nice to just have free and flexible use of the spa without having to pay and book (although it was reduced rate compared to access for non-guests)

Pros:

Un super hôtel, très beau, avec des très belles chambres

Cons:

À l’occasion d’un anniversaire, un petit verre de champagne offert serait une attention appréciée dans un bel hôtel 4 étoiles.

Il est également surprenant que le parking soit payant pour les clients de l’hôtel. Dans un établissement de ce standing, on pourrait s’attendre à ce que le stationnement soit inclus ou au moins offert aux clients.

Ces petits gestes contribueraient certainement à améliorer encore l’expérience globale des clients.
