The location was good and the view of the lake from the room was great.
The privilege room that we booked was a let down as it was far smaller than what we expected as seen in photographs.
The Michelin star restaurant food was average, especially when compared to our experience at other such restaurant’s.
Jacuzzi bath was nice but only 1 bath bomb provided per day so can't both have a bath.
Disappointed for the price paid.
No wifi in basement rooms, despite complaining about this multiple times with nothing done about it.
Expensive to have drinks by the pool.
Must book in advance for restaurant which we were not aware of before hand, can eat outside and food was expensive small portions and not up to the expected standard.
The views were beautiful. The hotel was nice and the staff also. The pool area looked lovely and they had a spa , which we didnt get to use. But looked lovely. The rooms were a little dated and the beds were ok. But it was very clean. It was possibly not worth the price 300 a night, but we needed a pet friendly hotel and this advertised that.

La piscine est très agréable.
L’endroit extérieur pour manger très chaleureux avec vue sur le lac.
On n’y est très bien, au frais sous les arbres , malgré la canicule.
J’ai fait un massage au spa que j’ai vraiment adoré.
La personne qui m’a fait ce massage était vraiment experte.
J’avais très mal à l’épaule, elle m’a vraiment soulagée

La décoration
Chambre top petite, manque d'équipement (pas de table de travail, pas de fer à repasser) largeur de la penderie minuscule (20 cm de largeur) Baignoire trop petite.
Petite déception, on m’a dit que je ne pouvais prendre mon chien dans les espaces piscine et restaurant, et il y avait un grand chien à une table voisine alors que le mien est tout petit et ne perd pas les poils. Ça ne me gêne pas qu’un chien soit present mais pourquoi empêcher le mien?!??
Le règlement devrait être appliqué pour tout le monde.
The hotel was amazing. It fullfilled all our expectations!!! The view was breathtaking, close enough te the center of Annecy to walk, I asked a room with a view, as high as possible and we got the two rooms on the third floor. Breakfast was perfect. We had once dinner at the Bistrot, it was very good. It was perfect!!!
One little point of critisism, it's an expensive hotel what I completely understand because it's a beautiful hotel but it's a bit of a shame that you have to pay extra for the wellness. That should be included in the price. But as i say, it's just a small point of critisism.
L’accueil du personnel remarquable , extrêmement gentil et disponible
L’odeur du tabac en pleine nuit qui remonte du balcon en dessous , la lumière du grand lampadaire projetté sur la façade et qui donnait sur la fenêtre , le fait de ne pas pouvoir manger en terrasse ( 1 place !) car il fallait réserver alors que cliente de l’hôtel , la chambre très très petite ( difficile de mettre les valises.)

Perfekt beliggenhed og god stemning
Leuk hotel nabij Annecy op een mooie plek. Fijn zwembad, algeheel mooie aankleding in het hotel.
De kamer was erg klein, douchen in de badkuip, bed was extreem hard en de airco was niet in te stellen gezien deze centraal geregeld wordt bij de receptie. Ook na verzoek was het onmogelijk om een lagere temperatuur in stellen dan 21 graden.
