Nous avons adoré l'emplacement, au cœur de la verdure et cette vue surplombant le lac et face à aux montagnes.
L'hôtel est beau, cosy et bien aménagé. Le personnel de l'accueil est attentionné et professionnel

Cons:

Nous avons moins bien apprécié le service du restaurant l'Atelier, qui était quelque peu désorganisé et pas tout à fait au niveau.

Le restaurant l’atelier, cocktail sans alcool trop cher par rapport à un cocktail avec alcool. Le service était moyen.

Beautiful location, and Annecy is a stunning little town.
The room was excellent.
The breakfast very good.

Cons:

Staff just not trained to the quality of the hotel needs. A number of touch points left them wanting. Check in experience poor. Pool umbrellas blown away and no staff to come to help unsettled guests.
Food prices extortionate. (2 salads, one bottle of wine, one water: €140 before tip)
