Ease of booking reservation. 1st floor room as my wife and I are elderly.

Cons:

Location is right next to a freeway with big rigs using their Jake brakes all night(very loud). Groups of people smoking in the parking lot late at night. Breakfast was mediocre at best. Pillows on the bed were disappointing. Even using both they were not comfortable at all.

Ok but would have been much better if everything in the room worked properly.

Far less than breakfast offerings at other hotels - need more healthy choices - yogurt, fruit

The room needed several repairs to the air conditioner, bathroom and shower

No way to access netflix. "Casting" from iPhone was said to be available, but instructions were inadequate to get success.

The hotel had the necessary things that my family and I needed at the moment. Staff members were accommodating and helpful. As for breakfast was warm and good, but it could vary.
