Cockroach infestation
Pros:

Absolutely nothing

Cons:

This place was a dirty cockroach infested and bikers took over the whole motel. We originally booked for 7 nights but left after 3 because of cockroaches and they still charged us for all 7 nights.

I would stay here again.
Pros:

Genuinely helpful staff, room was clean, pool was cool. If in the area again I would hear again.

Cons:

Access road from main road was unusual, and easy to miss it 1st couple times.

Pros:

The renovation is good. The rooms look clean.

Cons:

We were a family of 4 who booked 4 rooms and the GM of the hotel didn’t get to us with a response the discount at all. Not very courteous.

The microwave in the room needed to be changed thrice for it to work.

Has ice cold water in the washroom. The heater wasn’t working. Has to shower in another room which was very inconvenient.

There is no water or even water dispenser available and you have to get water from the vending machine. One of the two nights the vending machine was out of water bottles.

Pros:

My family and I had a nice stay at the hotel. Check-in was easy and seamless. Beds were comfortable and slept well although one of them was sort of creaky. As for breakfast was decent and standard( e.g
scrambled eggs, sausage/corned beef hash, pancake, toast, coffee/tea, etc. The staff are helpful and efficient. When a minor issue arised, it was quickly resolved. Major shout-out to Kenya, who managed to help me when I was in a pickle. She is sweet, patient, and personable and great with kids too.

Cons:

Our room had some musty kind of smell when arriving and bathroom could have used a little more cleaning. Some of the guests were somewhat noisy, but no fault with the hotel. Breakfast could have varied a bit.
