No tv remote in room ,had to call desk and they brought one.then couldn't get tv to work,call desk again,need a pamphlet to let you no what channels the tv picked up.no freezer on the fridge.couch had tore places on it.not enough of pillows for a king size bed .

Cons:

Loud neighbors working on their truck with impact wrenches til between 11:00pm to midnight. Beds kinda hard & the pillows were flat. The comforters smelled bad like they hadn’t been cleaned in a long time.
