Pros:

Beautiful hotel , very nice room and house keeping was great. The area around the hotel was very safe and quite also Many places to eat with in walking distance! The only problem for me is the hotel staff was never at the desk it was like a ghost town almost always and the bar didn’t open till 4 and closed at 9 they also had a restaurant but I never saw it open!

The bed seemed to peak in the middle and then slope down toward the sides which, of course, was where we were sleeping. The pillows were over large and, after being compacted by my head were very hard.

Pros:

We have stayed in the Retlaw Hotel four times in the past few years. The rooms are nicely layed out, clean and spacious. The adjacent parking garage is convenient and well-lit.

The bartender could use an attitude adjustment. He was extremely rude to my wife and frankly, we were not interested in listening to his whining about his problems. A grown man should act like a grown man and not like a twelve year old.
