I required a ground floor room. I wrote the property twice, one through your website and once directly. No reply. It was too late to cancel. I booked a property from Hotels.com that actually communicated with me.

Rooms had new floors. Room seemed clean. Staff tried to be curtious with what they have

Room had barely any water pressure. Shower half worked. Had a single towel that's it. NO COFFEE and breakfast was a bagged fruit and honey bun and coffee stick
