Clean, lots of amenities and staff are great when we checked in.
The pool is great for kids and the food is delicious
My daughter said the staff were mean to her at the ice cream bar
Honestly nothing. Was a very bad experience
Breakfast was great! Enjoyed my coffee immensely! Great variety!
Great room and excellent bathroom. Very clean!
My one complaint was the mattress was too soft and you tended to roll to the centre. I think it is time for an upgrade.
Only enough towels, coffee cups, and coffee pods for two, should have more of these as room accommodates for3-4.
The breakfast was not tasteful food was eatable not much flavor in the food it was basic.
I believe Marriott should consider designating specific floors or areas for guests with pets or young children—or at the very least, establish clearer guidelines to ensure a peaceful and respectful environment for all guests, including those without pets or kids.
During my recent stay, our room was located right next to the elevator, and we experienced frequent disruptions from crying children and loud conversations as parents tried to calm them down.
Additionally, pets seemed to roam freely throughout the property. While I’ve had dogs for most of my life and am not opposed to pet-friendly accommodations, I do think there should be special attention to cleanliness and care in rooms that host animals. Not all guests are comfortable around pets, and it's important that all guests feel they are in a clean and restful environment.
Ultimately, I think a better balance can be achieved to ensure that Marriott remains welcoming to all types of travelers.
Dès le départ , accueil chaleureux, chambre impeccable et spacieuse. Le personnel entretien hyper gentil. Souriant.
La disponibilité des repas à la salle à manger et le dépanneur étaient parfait. J’y retournerai sans problème .

Quiet location, had a pool and water slide which we didn’t get the chance to use. Had unique water tab drops to flavour the complimentary water.
Our fridge wasn’t turned on and we didn’t realize and lost all of the food we packed, so that was really frustrating. Food was overpriced in the restaurant. Beds were okay.
Clean, quiet and food at the Pitch and Pivot was great! Amazing buffet breakfast too.
One thing we didn’t like was the swimming pool - booked this hotel for the pool (had two little kids with me), but water in the pool was way too cold to be enjoyable. It looked pretty murky too.
DANGER- the pool and water slide setup is insanely dangerous. The slide exits at the entrance of the pool. There are no attendants and no way to know if someone is coming down the slide. I was hit by the person behind me and broke my ribs. The hotel did not care at all, when the general manager- Jeannette - finally decided to get back to me regarding the safety I was brushed off at best. The team there do not care about their guests. I spent 3 days in the hospital and now 6 weeks to heal. I’m positive people have been hurt here before.
The entire upper management should be ashamed of themselves
