Pros:

The room was OK, we had a king size bed and the pillows were smaller than standard size, the fridge in the room was off, so we had to chill it before putting in any food for our travels. The TV was small compared to the 7 other rooms we stayed in on this trip, oh, and this was also the most expensive room for the past 10 days, a far cry from being worth the price.

Hotel was great apart from the bar/restaurant was not open on a Monday. Which I found unusual, especially as it was a hotel. They did offer room service, but a hotel should offer these services 7 days a week.

Pros:

Good breakfast although it wasn’t very hot. Our biggest issue was the lack of lighting. Even with all the lights on, it was dark, especially the bathroom. We reported an issue about a chirping smoke detector next door (due to low battery) and it was addressed very quickly. Overall, the room and hallways were a bit ‘tired’.

The room was dirty dust everywhere including ac unit. The pull out couch can use a new mattress it was terrible to sleep on. Love the pool and sauna overall i wouldn't stay there again.
