Sink outside the bath/toilet room

Christmas tree in the lobby

Cons:

The sink is outside the bath/toilet room. Not hygienic. Plus, no counter and poor lighting in the bath/toilet room. We didn't stay. We looked at the room, and immediately found somewhere else to stay. Also, the entrance was poorly lit and the staff not very accommodating or polite.

Pleasantly surprised
Pros:

The flooring and interior had all been updated since our last visit. Very spacious room with king sized bed and kitchenette. The oven was big enough to cook my lasagna in. The staff was amazing. The little restaurant attached served breakfast, lunch and dinner. Canadian and Indian food served. Was very good.

Do not book this hotel!
Pros:

Absolutely nothing, worst hotel.

Cons:

Everything, the front desk crew are rude, the floor on the our is not even carpet even if we did not request for a dog friendly room, they dont provide slippers, toilet paper is single ply and super cheap, TV is not even smart TV, for $200++ a night, this place is too expensive!
