Location to the state parks I was hiking
Very dirty floors, walls, and bedding. Very strong, unpleasant odors.
The staff are amazing front desk and provide excellent customer service and room cleaners are great. The hotel location is great away from noise. The rooms are great and updated and having a pool&spa is bonus.Loved the breakfast
1.I was told at hotel that they charge about $130 yet you charged me about $235 ! This is a very big difference for a queen bed room! This is not fair and this is beyond normal charging.I would appreciate a response and refund
2.The spa corner was smelling of urine and red rubber in the corner was moldy.I spoke to front desk about it hopefully they can have that fixed
3.The elevator was smelly (like toilet ) the whole time we were there .Please have some fresheners in there as you fix whatever is going on .We ended up using the stairs the whole time
4.The queen bed frame is out of order and kept hitting our feet ,my husband's toes got hurt! The bedfram did not fit on the metallic bed and we had to put pillows to avoid running over the metal!
5.The bathroom is so small ,had no grab bar in the bathroom where u can hang wash cloth, your own soap
Price
Definitely needs some repairs elevator smells like it has a hydraulic leek ! Mold in shower
The pool was ice cold
Netjes en goed schoon gemaakt.
rooms on the highway side were noisey The shower had no pressure and needed an upgrade. the bed sagged in the middle. Breakfast was ok. Room wasn't cleaned unless you asked for it.
The door locked
The shower was terrible. Bathroom wasn't very clean. Then of course all night long there was someone in the very next room playing hide the hotdogs. Bouncing off every wall in the place like was their own personal jungle gym. You are also right on a major highway so there was that traffic all night
Location -needed something quick off the road but close so we could get back on right away for our drive.
Older property -was expecting a newer La Quinta. Little shabby and small.
I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a decent experience, with a few areas that could definitely use improvement.
The staff was very kind and welcoming, and check-in was quick and easy. The rooms were clean, neat, and generally well-kept, which made for a comfortable stay.
The location is a big plus—it’s in a great area with plenty of restaurants, stores, and bars nearby, making it very convenient.
The hotel itself looks fine upon entry, but some areas could benefit from better upkeep. The elevator had an off smell during my stay, and amenities like the ice machines and washer/dryer seem outdated—the dryer in particular didn’t work properly and only blew cold air.
Breakfast was okay—pretty standard for a hotel, nothing particularly memorable. One thing that stood out, though, was that the high chairs were often dirty, which could use more attention.
The pool area looked clean, although the water was a bit cool. The hot tub was less enjoyable, as it wasn’t very warm and had a strong chlorine smell.
Overall, this hotel has a lot of potential thanks to its friendly staff, clean rooms, and great location, but improvements in maintenance and attention to detail would really enhance the guest experience.
Easily accessible off i80
I didn’t like how the staff didn’t change my reservation when requested and I didn’t like how the smoke alarm chirped all night when trying to sleep. I also didn’t like how my door barely closed and I had to force it to shut right.
