Comfortable stay
Pros:

Even though the building is a bit dated, the value was a definite plus.
Nice discount for Mayo Clinic patients, much appreciated.
The rooms were good sized and beds were comfortable. We will book again.

The only thing good about this place is that it is close to the Mayo Campus.

Cons:

This place is in terrible condition! The cleanliness was questionable.The TV remote did not work. We asked at the front desk and there were no batteries. We were promosed the clerk would "ask his manager". No follow up..3 days without a remote. The tub would not drain, the toilet kept running after flush. There was no food with an hour left of breakfast serving hours. There were also some very unsavory characters hanging out in the parking lot and on benches outside the hotel. Being at Mayo is stressful enough, do yourself a favor and stay somewhere decent!

If youre going for the hottub only then stay if not,dont unclean, uncomfortable, unorganized!

It was close to mayo, mini fridge worked, hot tub was hot, pools werent freezing

Cons:

The floor was filthy, was not only not vacuumed it was sticky. Sheets were dirty/stained, beds very old uncomfortable. We were given a room key to an already occupied room had to carry all our things through the building to get another, people smoked in the building even though its smoke free, paint peeling off in chunks from ceiling and walls. The property also never emailed me my detailed receipt like they said they would and the visit was for medical so i need that for insurance
