The queen beds were clean and comfortable.
When we arrived, we traveled for 12 hrs and got there around 2. The guy at the desk wasnt present and it took a while for them to come out. I had tried to call earlier but NOONE answered several times. Then, when we got there, I needed ice. Went to get some and it was locked. Tried to call front desk again about 10 times and again no answer. I have a few more trips to Rochester in the near future but WILL NOT come back here.
Breakfast was good, standard without very many Gluten Free options.
It was pretty quiet, which helped with our stay.
As soon as you stepped off of the elevator to our floor (3rd) you got hit in the face with the smell of Marijuana.
The housekeeping staff didn't understand english, so it was hard to communicate needs to them though they were friendly.
There aren't any cleaning supplies in the room, so to do the dirty dishes you will need to provide items yourself.
The location was good. The pool was fun for the kids.
The game in the arcade says if you get a certain high score you win food from famous Dave's they didn't follow through. They said they would then when it never came (which i didnt order him food from where i got food) they said it was closed. The place reeked if weed in the hallways and the bathroom had hair, my sheets were dirty.
Super close to the hospital. Lots of stuff around.
Parking was a little confusing at first
I couldn’t get into my room without many attempts. I talked to the hotel staff and was given new keys followed up with excuses.
