Happy with my stay overall. Will stay again but probably in the Summer.
Pros:

Location was beautiful. Staff was very friendly and professional, from front desk to dining area. Breakfast was good, nice variety. Premises were maintained and clean.

Cons:

Water was lukewarm in shower, it wasn’t nice and hot.

La ubicación es espectacular, en contacto con la naturaleza en vivo. Unos jardines hermosos y un área por fuera para desayunar. Y permiten mascotas 💖

Cons:

Teníamos planeado una carne asada y pagamos por el grill y al final nos cancelaron y no pudimos hacer la carne asada y aparte no había parques que tuvieran asadores o que permitieran llevar mascotas.

Room 131 had a bad odor even after being sprayed. T.V. Had to be fixed. one bed very uncomfortable.. was given an option to move room. opted not to move.

It was comfortable, with spacious, and clean rooms, and beautiful, peaceful grounds.
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent. There was a couple who oversaw the breakfast and they did an excellent job. The place was clean, well stocked and the food was well prepared and fresh. They were both very caring and friendly.
The hotel grounds were well cared for and beautiful. The location felt secluded and secure, especially with the flooding that was going on. The room was spacious and had everything we needed and was comfortable and clean. All the staff were polite, professional, and friendly.

Cons:

The air conditioner was noisy. The housekeeping didn't come until the 4th day. We could have used some clean towels before then.

Terrible, not up to any standard
Pros:

We checked in and the room was dirty. Like beds not made towels on floor. Never turned over from previous guest! We were given a new room and there was trash and crumbs on the floor. Dust in the restroom, and hairs in the corner.
