Great stay! Would def stay here again
Pros:

Location close to fields (staying for baseball tournament), had onsite restaurants, nice facilities (gym, laundry, front desk staff great)

The decor

They had ants! Ants were on the floor on the side tables and bed and bed board..... couldnt reach anyone when i called down. My daughter was scared and stayed up all night. The curtains couldnt be moved after my shower i wanted to get dress out in the room so i would have more space, was disappointed i couldnt adjust the curtains for privacy. We only had 2 full towels and there is a pool so i guess you guys expect us to use the same towel we wrapped up in after the pool again after s shower. Those were the biggest things, i paid almost 400 for 1 night amd was totally uncomfortable.

The amazing staff at the hotel and savoy bar were fantastic!
Pros:

Nick our check in associate was amazing. Super helpful and so friendly. All the staff was so kind. The ladies at the bar and dining room staff were so helpful and attentive. The employees working at the Salisbury location made our visit.

Cons:

Way to complicated tv system. I am not logging in my personal info to watch tv. The free tubi channel was constantly interrupted by remove talking through and over the channel. Wasted way too much time on it. Nothing on the tv guide worked either. Pool also was closed down.

I felt safe and comfortable.
Pros:

The hotel staff was welcoming when we checked in, they made us feel like family.

Cons:

This is a nice property right off the water but the geese/ bird poop covered half of the front walkway. Not an easy situation to control. It just brings down the look of the front of the hotel.

No hot water in the shower??? Say it ain’t so!!!
Pros:

There is a certain level of service expected at any hotel. One can tolerate a rude check-in, can excuse not being acknowledged as a Hilton member with its accompanying gratis, can ignore an old tired room with red stained carpets, however, the one MAJOR requirement of a hotel is at least a warmish shower. The shower was ice cold. Will never stay at this hotel again
