Nothing other than it was available
Hot water did not work, TV did not work, nothing complementary, including water, coffee… Nothing. That was last minute, the room cost $425 with tax. All I had was a bed and a lukewarm shower.
I absolutely love this property. The staff and general manager are amazing. I visit this area often due to my mother’s illness. They have the most amazing people in the restaurant as well. My compliments to the chef every single time.
The rates have increased, but the service ALWAYS supersedes the price. They have an amazing team

Room was clean. Food from the restaurant was really good. Staff was very nice.
Door to the room was hard to close and was very loud to open. It kept getting stuck! There was no one available to fix it. Minor issue. Shower pressure was weak and water didn’t get to hot.
Everything was excellent. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Facilities and location were great. No complaints.

The staff was very welcoming and friendly. They greeted us when we came into the lobby, and they gave us a little guided tour of the new facilities. The beds were comfortable, and the room and bathroom were spotless. We loved the updated decor and the welcome screen on the TV gave our stay a personal touch. And finally, the rate was very reasonable too.

AVOID THIS PLACE!! I’m a diamond member and I had a miserable experience. First room = no closet, second room=bugs, third room=TV didn’t work!! I saw a roach in the elevator AND the older front desk clerk made a sarcastic comment to me. The manager was supposedly notified of my issues but I was NEVER CONTACTED!! Initially it looks like a nice place (trickery)! It’s anything other than nice.

I am writing to follow up on a missing earbud that I left in my room after my recent stay. Although I called three times to check on this, I was eventually informed that your team could not find it.
I had personally checked most of the room before leaving, with the exception of the area around the bed. Given that the item was not located, it suggests that the room may not have been thoroughly cleaned or inspected following my departure.
I would appreciate it if you could conduct a more detailed search of the room, particularly around and under the bed, to ensure that any items left behind by guests are recovered.
I would like to report that the parking lot is in need of an upgrade. Additionally, someone recently dented my side door while parked there.

My room wasn't ready at check in they gave me an upgrade that wasn't worth it the tv didn't work I had to get moved to another room the phone in that room didn't work I went to get coffee in the morning the coffee didn't work and they didn't have hot cookies available

The location was great.
We chose a handicap accessible bathroom. It was perfect for my current needs. The property referred to the shower as roll in. If I had been in a wheelchair I wouldn't have been able to roll in.
My room was nice and clean. I enjoyed my bed and the quietness.
Let me start off by saying that this just recently happened. This also occurred during the blizzard of 2026. So the hotel was extremely short-staffed, and they had to make due. We dont blame them for not having enough staff. The problem came with my daughters room.
It was a mess. The issue didn't become more prominent until the next morning, when her boyfriend left for work. There was a sewer issue that affected multiple rooms (4 rooms). My daughters room happened to be the fourth room affected. The toilet could not be flushed. There was about an inch of backed up water sitting in the shower with a mixture of cereal in it. About a half inch of water around the toilet leading out into the actual room.
My daughter called the front desk at 7:05am. She didn't hear anything from anyone until she went downstairs around 8:30 am. A front desk employee came back upstairs with her, I'm assuming to investigate the issue and to suggest moving her to a different room. They went to look at the room they were going to move her to and found out it hadn't been cleaned. So he went back downstairs to find her a clean room. At this point, she was over it because she had to use the bathroom and couldn't in her own room, so we went to my room, I got dressed and we decided to leave before check-out.
I'm hoping the hotel makes it right. Although we understand the circumstances that were happening at the hotel the night we checked in, the overall stay for her was not pleasant or nice.
