Pros:

Staff seems nice

Cons:

Room was dirty like piles of dirt in corners one of the towels was covered in multiple long black hairs. Housekeeping didn't come in once during my stay.I actually had to go to the lobby to get clean towels.

Disappointed for the price we paid
Pros:

Location was good

Cons:

The towels, sheets were stained. The sink was all cracked, carpet dirty/ stained. Bath mat was wore out and torn. Also had said no animals and I saw at least 4 big dogs coming out of rooms. Outside needed cleaned up too.

Only good thing, lots of hot water in shower.
Pros:

Breakfast was cold, no choices. No juice, ciffee was one option had to ask to have everything refilled. No oatmeal. Staff was sarcastic when asked for something.
Hotel was right on highway. Noise all night.
No sprinkler system. Remote for TV did not work properly.

Minus someone trying to get into our room door at 3:45am because the front desk lady didn’t complete the check in proces

Once you get past the front entrance area and make your way to the rooms, the rest of the building is in desperate need of a facelift!

Pros:

The hotel was located in a good place, near stores. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had breakfast there and it was good.

Cons:

We had a long drive and its 12pm, excited to get our room and rest. When we get in the room the bed sheets are dirty with black stains and hair on them. The room was dirty! The bathroom has black stains on the roof that looks like mold. The wall near the bed also had some kind of black markings on it.
