Pros:

People in reception very nice

Cons:

Hallways was dirty, shower and container ice dirty , towels bad shape , bed was ok , spider inside the restroom , bathtub was noisy when drain and take too long , people in reception was very nice . I think just more mintennacy need it .

It met our basic needs, no -frills stay that was compeletely average

The room floor was not mopped; it seemed. The TV took forever to get on. If you touched it or moved it, it went off. nnTV needs to be upgraded. Teresa, upon checking out, was fantastic. On the other hand, the young lady checking us in was very inexperienced, had no clue about certain check-in procedures, was very uncertain, and made the process not smooth, and was very questionable about staying at this property. Teresa had to rectify her Bungle, which was a poorly handled situation.

Cons:

Having your check in person be a lot more competent, skilled, and fully capable in checking in guests.

Poor quality
Pros:

Shuttle to airport stops there.

Cons:

Threadbare towels. Coffee pot, but now cups. I went to desk to get cups, but then the pot did not brew. Mentioned it to clerk, he offered no solution.

Fishing was fun. Stay at room wasn’t to great.

Cons:

Staff did not notify that the city was shutting the water off from midnight to 0500 hours. I was there for a fishing tournament and need to be gone by 3am. Called the desk and the guy at the counter said they posted signs all over. That’s was a lie. We also should have been notified when we checked in. Other customers stated they did not see any “signs” stating it was going to be shutoff.

Large spiders hanging from roof top where you walk to your room. Probably needs a good pest control plan to keep them out of the common areas.

Staff seems nice

Cons:

Room was dirty like piles of dirt in corners one of the towels was covered in multiple long black hairs. Housekeeping didn't come in once during my stay.I actually had to go to the lobby to get clean towels.
