There was no breakfast
When I checked in they gave me a room that was dirty had someone's clothes and stuff all over the floor then they gave me another room it had no towels and the toilet was broke and third room which was room 310 the dip in the bed was so bad that it had my back hurting but they said they had no other rooms available at the time as for a refund or discount and was told that they couldn't do it so overall this day was a zero.... Oh yeah and there was blood on the wall near the restroom 🤬 at this point I was just over it
The area itself is nice , the hotel was accommodating , just couldn’t shake the urine smell in the hallways , someone did mask it with cologne but other than the scent in the hallway this place was ideal for what I was looking for and needed
It was dirty, our room wasn’t cleaned, there was trash under the bed, mold in the fridge, the fridge didn’t really work, there was dirt and slime in the jacuzzi tub, broken tiles fallen off, one working elevator, no tv, no breakfast, the bathroom had broken fingernails on the floor. We were too afraid to even use the shower it was so dirty. There was homeless people fighting in the parking lot throughout the night.
Everything was great
The floor by the bed was wet from a leak from the shower. They had no additional rooms. The maintenance tech was at another property and not available until after 11pm which we needed to be in bed before that. I was told they would compensate. However, have not seen anything as of yet. The bed was lumpy. The cable was out and there was a sign stating the rates were adjusted for that. However, we booked through a 3rd party and were unaware until we checked in and did not book with them. So, I feel as we overpaid for what we got. The posted pool hours were not adhered to and there was noise well into the night.
Location by the mall and businesses.
Not very clean, not kept up well, and warm. Room AC was ok. Beds were ok but only had two pillows per bed and they were super flat. Strange activity outside at all times. Didn't feel very safe.
Worst Hotel Ever- Do not stay there
Floors and walls were disgusting, the room stunk from odor of just never actually being cleaned and they have bed bugs
One elevator broken. Desk staff not welcoming. TV service off. No breakfast. Shabby look to everything. At least housekeepers smiled and talked.
Terrible, I hardly even check in and get only partial refund.
Location easy accessible, Swimming area!
I had no cable during my stay at this location and had to make my own entertainment and I asked to get a refund, they acted like I wasn't serious, the shower head had some issues of opening up due to lack of pressure and cleaning staff tried to force themselves in my room while showering which was 3 1/2 hours before check of which luckily I had the security lock set and when I asked was it possible to get a discount on my stay or an upgrade on my next stay, nothing was offered. I am a government employee who was kind of on business , but actually came to Wichita to see my grandchildren, so this was not my first stay at this location. The staff before this episode were very courteous and good willed, should have kept the prior team.
Bathroom not clean. I had to wash it out, pee around the toilet. Overall, cleanliness not well. No cable, and no breakfast, still costly.
Cable was out in the room. Refrigerator was leaking on the floor when I came in the first time. Only two towels in the room, and no pool towels. No water pressure in the bathroom sink. Only hot water in the shower. Mattress had broken springs. Vending machine ate my money. Jets on the hot tub only worked on one side. One sauna was out of order. Curtains in the room didnt fully cover the window, so if someone wanted to, they could see into our room from the pool area. Overall terrible place to stay.
Location is right across the street from the mall. The pool is nice and they do have security.
The area is full of crackheads and prostitutes. Some of them stay at the hotel. Don't feel safe about my vehicle in the parking lot. Or kids in the pool. There was a lot of people in the pool. It was too crowded so we never swam.
Bed bugs on the room i leave and i have to find diferent place
I don’t recommend, It was cheap but as soon as you walk in, you can tell it wasnt cleaned because the rooms were dirty, there were dead cockroaches, and mouse poop on the balcony. The sheets were stained and there an awful smell of urine. They couldnt provide sheets and blankets for the pull out bed , that was just a piece of thin foam with chunks taken out of it. The rooms were thin so we could hear everything. The hot tub was so dirty there was stuff floating around in it.
Want cheap, get cheap. Think where you put your money in.
Nice , but some areas need a little Maintenace. cleaning people got the room clean, but didn`t restock several items--biggest complaint no tv. manager nice

We waited 10 minutes to get checked in. No one was around. We paid for a more expensive room to that was supposed to come with snacks and drinks we got none. Then once checked in the guy said let me see if the room is even cleaned and we waited again. Then at the pool there were 2 police officers that came and were investigating something in a room. We had no towels in the room no soap nothing. Facility was very worn down.
