Ramada by Wyndham Pikesville/Baltimore North

I booked this room 4 months ago. I got there and the hotel was CLOSED!! a sign on thr door was all i hot. Not a phone call, text, emsil or regular mail that they were closed and i didnt have 2 room. Horrible service from hotels.com and ramada

Did not get the room I paid for. Dead cockroach in all drawers. Dirty carpets, inoperable outlets. Had to ask for towels & blanket. No in house facilities - restaurant closed, gym shuttered, not all vending machines working. Nor Ice machine.

I slept ok but room needs some renovations.

You should avoid this place at all costs. I checked out after 1 hour. The beds were broken, the bathroom looked like a bomb hit it, the door had a huge crack in it. I had come to find out that someone had been murdered in this hotel days before my stay. So to summarize, I do not recommend this place for your overnight stay. BUT, it seems like a great place to score some drugs and possibly get killed.

The bathroom door wouldn't close. The door to enter the room was being held together by duct tape. The heater didn't work.

Checking in was pretty simple. The environment is clean. For that price it is a steal. They should keep it up.

It wasn’t a bad experience, just don’t have high expectations. Good for a basic stay.

Very bad place. I request a none smoking room when I checked in, the front desk told me my room is a none smoking room. When I opened the door, it's totally the opposite. So I call the front desk and they said they have not thing is available. I have to spend a night in the smoking room full of cigarettes burns marks, the ceiling is almost falling down at any time.

The customer service was exceptional! But the room was disgusting. There were dead roaches in the room. I had to wash all of my clothes when i got home because they smelled awful.

Dirty rooms , bathroom ceiling is falling in there was caulk everywhere shower was unusable. Both rooms we rented were condemnable

What was shown and advertised on Expedia is terms of services and how the place looks is not what was experienced.

I checked in at around 9pm. Getting my room was no problem but my room did not feel like it was clean. My shower looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. No towels and the floor at the bathroom sink was still wet. No trash can either which was strange. Definitely not worth the amount I paid.

The whole entire experience was awful property dirty rooms, dirty tub, filthy toilet, dirty totally a disgusting experience

I changed room twice it smelled like urine. It was mice traps all over the room.

Awful in every way.The cleanliness was literally nonexistent.No blanket.2-3weeks for a fresh sheet.All kids of pests.No smoke detector.Water pressure low.The tub and sink both don't drain.The mattress is sunken in so I only sleep on half the bed.There is a quarter inch gap at the bottom of the door.It looks like someone at some point tried to pry the door open.The ac and vent doesn't work.This is mainly due to being part of the homeless and working poor that I relegated to these types of conditions.

Filthy and disgusting all around. The smell of urine and cigarette smoke permeates every part of the property. The room had no towels, no trash can, and no toiletries. Beer cans and trash line the hallways. This place should be condemned for public health and safety.

Filthy. Trash and graffiti in the hallways. No towels in the room. Room had not been vacuumed in a long time. The last guest's used soap was still in the shower. Lamp shades were shredded and one of the beds had a blood stain on it. The room and entire building reeks of cigarette smoke. I left without bothering to ask for a refund.

I stayed at this place many times in 2011, I booked this hotel again as I had fair experience in past.
This time in 2024 it was in shocking state-
My room didn't had blankets, No towels, No trash can, Dirty microwave, dirty surfaces of tables, floor not vacuumed. I asked for some wipes at reception so that can do some cleaning myself. I took my own blanket from car so that my kid can sleep

There was no break fast served (although website says breakfast is served)

Hope I never get to stay at place like this
