Nothing
Smelled like weed and cigarettes
Location was great! Easy walk to downtown!
Room was not very clean. Bathroom was missing shower curtain, soap, etc. Front desk staff was rude when checking in. Overall, seemed a little unsafe.

I came here on vacation with my husband, and we were never able to watch TV; the internet connection is poor; when the shower is on, it soaks the entire bathroom because the curtain is too short and the spray even hits the ceiling; the room smells musty; there was barely any hand soap; and the reception desk was always unattended. I was truly disappointed with the hotel and we won't be coming back.
Location was good. Thats it
The floors were filthy. We were not given wash clothes even after asking. The room smelled like mildew. There was no place to hang the hand towel ot was broken off, there was no hand soap. Bears had gotten into the trash all over the property and no one cleaned it up, we had to keep driving around piles of trash. Not to mention the front desk staff was RUDE!! We never saw a single house keeper. Never would go back or recommend.
The location is the only positive thing.
Well let's see. Let's just forget that a bear was roaming the parking lot while we tried to get in and out. It's bear country. I get the risk is there. Let's instead talk about the black mold covering the walls of the bathroom and all over the ceiling in the room. I was so beyond horrified that they would even consider renting a room to someone in that condition. The growth is not surprising either as everything feels damp in the room. There was no shower curtain or soap in the bathroom too if the mold isn't enough. We had to request a refund and leave. It doesn't feel safe there. The lady at the front desk was accommodating but not thrilled about it. I tried to show her pictures of the mold, and she didn't even look. No shock or horror, which makes me think they are fully aware and just don't care. I highly suggest going elsewhere.
We loved the location we were perfectly close to down town, we also loved all the bears we were able to see!
The staff was rude and dismissive. Our room was not cleaned and we had no towels or wash rags it was also out dated.
Location
Everything. RUDE staff, double charged us-took 9 days to get our money back, rooms were dirty, air conditioning was broke, lighting sucked, no chairs in the room as it shows in pictures, bathroom sink was falling apart, no air conditioning in the breakfast area- extremely hot, kept running out of food at the breakfast area. Had a bear come thru 1 night and it got into the trash bin and trash was allover where you get on the elevator for days before it was cleaned up. Had to chase down someone to get your towels. The pool was filthy with things floating in it and the water was not clean at all. Trash all around the inside of the fencing on the concrete, room towels hanging
all over the fence.
Didn’t eat I was ready w
Leave
The mold everywhere
The veiws and location was awsome!
The room was very dirty and the staff was rude.
Location is great, especially for a 2 star hotel. 5 minutes walking and you are downtown. The beds were the only thing we liked about the hotel.
They don’t know hygiene at all. It was very gross. My wife has light blonde hair and I have short brown hair, the bathroom was full of mold and long brown women hair on the floor everywhere I looked. It stank because the chimney had not been cleaned. If it rains the smell of the chimney is extreme, its like an ashes smell. You have a shower curtain, but the shower is so low to the ground that the whole area around your anckles is open so the whole bathroom gets wet massively. The towels were dirty and had a lot of stains in them. When closing or opening the door, the door got stuck and made a really loud noise which kept us awake when someone of us had to go to the bathroom at night. The curtains of the room are not long enough and the light on the balcony kept on all night so your room was fully lighted the whole night. Worst stay ever, will never come back and won’t recommend anyone.
Not worth the $$$ paid for the stay. Everything was meh. Expected higher quality so close to downtown.
