Todo limpio y muy amable el personal.
No tengo nada malo que decir.
Staff was very friendly, but not easily accessible. Didn't see anyone at the desk any time we went to the lobby. Called to request our trash be picked up and had to call 3 times before getting someone to answer the phone.
Location was great, very close to restaurants and shops, easily accessible.
We were given possibly one of the most inaccessible rooms. Our reservation was for 5 nights with two adults and an infant. We were placed in a room that required going up and down stairs to either go to the parking area or the lobby for breakfast. Meanwhile there were numerous open rooms on ground floor. It was inconvenient trying to carry our luggage, our 1 yr old, and her pack and play in and out.
They advertise toiletries and a hair dryer in each room, queen size beds. Our beds were not queen size....or they were the smallest queen size beds I've ever seen. Definitely felt more like a double/full. The toiletries - the body wash was empty, there was no handsoap in the bathroom. And there wasn't a hairdryer.
Breakfast seemed great - scrambled eggs, sausage patties, biscuits, bagels, waffles, cereal, yogurt, there was a sign saying fresh fruit.... Except the biscuits and bagels were hard and dry. There was no fruit. The yogurt machine didn't work.
Overall, you get what you pay for, and we chose a cheaper room.
All of it .
It was close to the strip of Gatlinburg. It was pretty clean and comfortable.
That it was two separate buildings so we had to walk down a small hill for breakfast but it wasn’t a big deal.
I like the location of the property and the staff is very helpful.
The first one we get it wasn’t in a good conditions, soon as we get a chance, we spoke with the front desk, lady, and she immediately changed our room to a better room, which it was acceptable. but the owners of the Hotel need to take care of the rooms because some of those rooms needs a lot of repairs and you can’t tell since you walk in to the room by thankfully the staff from the Hotel are very helpful and they don’t have doubts to help out and change our room immediately.
Friendly staff. Great location. Just off the hustle and bustle of main Street.
Pool water very cold but it was in May
Close to down town, walking distance. The staff were extremely polite. The bed was very clean and comfortable. The property seemed very quiet. Great stay all in all.
We were up the hill on the third floor. If you plan on walking a lot, the evening walk back up the hill was a bit much but very doable ☺️ after a day of walking Gatlinburg. My knees aren’t the best either.
Breakfast food was cold if any at all. Bathroom sink was leaking into a bucket, and shower surround wasn’t finished
Wonderful
Era cómodo
La recepcionista de la noche no fue nada amable
Very clean
I have no complaints
