I wouldn’t stay again
Pros:

The beds where soft

Stunk lights flickering and was not the cleanest

Pros:

The breakfast was great. My son enjoyed making waffles.

Cons:

The room we got wasn't clean so we had to be moved to another room. This room was ok at best. The Wi-Fi and TV kept going out.

More attention to detail will go a long way. If I were to stay again it would be because of location

Location was great and beds were comfortable

Cons:

The shower curtain was not long enough to go past the tub causing water to flood the floor. The walls in the shower had multiple strings of different colors of hair and soap scum on the walls and the bathroom floors were not swept because there was more hair and dead bugs on the floor. Parking was very difficult especially with the tight spaces, but that is Gatlinburg for you

It was okay for a few days definitely won’t go out of the way for it

Location of the hotel is great, it's comfortable and clean. Serviceable.
Pros:

Breakfast was alright, standard quality, nothing to wow you. Unfortunately it seems my brother and partner had some troubles after eating the sausages.

Cons:

Wifi did not reach our rooms and the TV was locked to specific channels. To use the wifi I had to walk down and linger in the lobby.

Staff were excellent...Friendly, informative and willing to answer questions and meet needs.
Breakfast very good

Cons:

We are both disabled and our room was on the 4 th floor. Long walk for us from 2nd building to lobby.

The precious lady who checked us in also checked in on us three times to make our stay was wonderful. We were in the accessible room, and she looked after us very well! That was quite impressive. Thank you for your special care!!
