Only thing we liked was that is was close to everything and the beds were comfortable.

Cons:

It was a bad area around it, we had some issues with the room but just stayed there for one night. We had one light switch that didn’t connect to anything. When we plugged our phones in the outlets were so loose that it would fall out. The floor was dirty, sheets and pillow cases were dirty and we found hair on them. We were missing a bathroom tile and one had a brown stain on it. There was hair on the shower tile that someone left behind. The mirrors weren’t cleaned either.

Greeted well, checked with housekeeping to see if our room was ready and got us checked an hour early. Very satisfied with that. Good value

Cons:

The bed was very uncomfortable kept sliding off the frame. The steep driveway walking back up to our room. Could have had a way tonwalk thru the office to get to the back side up to our room.

There was a leak in the roof. We had to put a trash can out to catch the water.
The shower would not completely turn off unless you turned the knob back.
I stay very often. The last room had a shower head that was broken. Even after I reported it, it wasn't fixed. I had to wrap a towel around the back to keep it from flooding the bathroom floor.
The gym facilities are horrible.
I will be staying somewhere else from now on.

Would definitely here again. Location was perfect and price was great!

Great location, was able to just walk the strip in Gatlinburg from the hotel. Room was very clean, nice bathrooms. Great breakfast varieties and dining area was super spacious and so clean and nice.

Cons:

Just a small little detail, add 4 pillows to the beds instead of 3☺️
