Had a nice, comfortable and great size room. Had a fireplace in room, which would have been cozy in much cooler weather. Location was right at a trolley stop. The main problem was the trip, walking uphill, to the room. A pretty steep incline for someone not used to or elderly. The breakfast was fairly good. Might stay again, if health or age allow it.
The walk up to the room from lobby or trolley stop was fairly steep. The choice was to climb 3 flights of stairs or continue the steep incline to back of building to get an elevator.
It was the worst experience I had ever had in a hotel room, filthy conditions and smells of sewer along with the TV not working and no shower curtain or spiderweb in the corners of the room. Asked numerous times to be moved and they stated that they were full up! Checked that night and they had at least 20 rooms available!

Location is great. And the breakfast was not bad
We checked in at 8 PM, and even then, the room wasn't ready. There was no toilet paper or towels, and the lights and power outlets didn't work.

This place is fantastic 😍 the breakfast is amazing. The people who work there are super kind. It's at a perfect spot on the strip, next to all the cool attractions. Love it.

The location was about the only good thing this hotel had.
My initial room was flooded when we first entered; the flooding came from the air conditioner. We got a new room, which was a downgrade. There were dead bugs on the floor. The shower curtain didn't reach the bottom of the shower so the bathroom flooded. The wifi didn't work and I was told I had to drive down to the lobby for the staff to put the wifi on my devices. The room walls were very thin, I could hear what everyone else was doing around us. The staff at the front desk wasn't the nicest either. The TV was cracked. The pictures on the website are VERY misleading

Shower needs the liner lower so no water gets on the floor and makes it slippery
And there was mold spots on it.
It's a nice location
Shower leaked water all over the floor, refrigerator barley worked. Ceiling was peeling and looked like it has mold on it.
The rooms were dirty and the staff member initially was unfriendly and not helpful. We tried to extend our stay one night during our check in and she told us that we couldn’t and we would have to check out at 11 and then rebook and come back at 4 to checkin again.
The location was great. We were able to walk to go eat and shop with out having to pay for additional parking.
The lobby is huge and beautiful.
We had plenty of linens.

Black mold all over ceiling and in the bathroom, really bad smell. The rooms look NOTHING like the pictures online. We ended up not staying here and got a refund
