The facility itself is good. Spa lovely.
Pros:

Nice hotel, spa really nice. Good price for accommodation.

Cons:

Bar not working after 2pm and the whole confusion with the cleaning (get free drink if no cleaning needed) and yet bar is closed in the evening so what’s the point.

Guess some rooms are newly renovated , but my room certainly wasn't, premium pricing though
Cons:

The entrance, lobby and restaurant are completely lacking in atmosphere. The nearby highway is quite busy, making it impossible to keep the window open. Definitely not a place for a cozy weekend getaway.

Für ein Nacht in Ordnung
Pros:

Direkte Lage zum Bahnhof und zur Innenstadt. Betten gemütlich und vom Härtegrad genau richtig.

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Personal beim Frühstück könnte freundlicher sein.

Lage gut, Service schlecht, keine angemessene Reaktion auf Mangel (keinen Strom im Zimmer)
Pros:

Lage war sehr zentral. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber.

Cons:

Wir hatten die ganze Nacht und den darauffolgenden Morgen keinen Strom und mussten uns ohne Licht zurechtfinden. Keine Entgegenkommen von der Rezeption. Das Hotel war ausgebucht.

Idealny hotel kiedy chcesz spędzać czas na starym mieście.
Pros:

Przyjazny personel. Lokalizacja blisko starego miasta. Przestronny parking podziemny. Bardzo dobre śniadanie. Żona zachwala nawet suszarkę ;)

Cons:

W czasie kiedy byliśmy w pokoju nie było możliwości ustawienia wentylacji w tryb chłodzenia, co w połączeniu z dość wysoką temperaturą na zewnątrz oraz faktem, że pokój był na ostatnim piętrze, okazało się troszkę uciążliwe w nocy.

מלון ממש יפה ומושקע, מיקום מעולה 5 דקות הליכה מהרכבת והמרכז ההסטורי. חדרים מרווחים, נקיון ברמה גבוהה, ארוחת בוקר מעולה ומגוונת (יש אפשרות להזמין חביתות או מנות מיוחדות מהמטבח). הצוות ברמה גבוהה מאוד!! אדיבים, נחמדים, עוזרים בכל דבר. הייתי צריכה ליצור קשר עם החברת השכרת רכב והפקידה בקבלה עזרה לי לטלפן ותרגמה בשבילי את הנציגת שירות עם המון סבלנות. מלון ברמה גבוהה.

הדלת בחדר מקלחת חלבית ולא הרמטית. אצלנו היה פנתה לארון בגדים והייתה צדדית אבל ישנם חדרים שבהם היא פונה למיטה וזה יכול להיות לא נעים. האמבטיה גבוהה לטעמי ומסובך לכוון את המים החמים. המיטות לא הכי נוחות.
