Pros:

Room was nice. Staff was very helpful.

Cons:

Breakfast wasn't good, coffee was too strong variety of food was minimal. Orange juice was too. People smoking marijuana in the hotel.

It was fine for the 2 nights I was there.
Pros:

Good location. Decent breakfast. Nice staff.

Cons:

The hot tub had a strange smell and burned my nose when the jets were on. The pool was supposed to be heated but was not.

The staff were nice. The room looked clean

Cons:

I was met with an extreme smell from air freshener the temp was set at 60 degrees. The temp was adjusted but the smell was intense. I sat at the desk only briefly because it smelled like a bathroom. I couldn’t sleep because it smelled like something dead in the room. I never asked for a room change because I thought I would be ok initially, sorry to say.

Adequate but not outstanding accomodations
Pros:

Ramada provided an acceptable overnight accomodation.

Cons:

Provided breakfast was marginal -- good things included the waffle maker and coffee. The juice dispenser was inoperative and no other juice options were provided. The only way to get water was to use the sink in the adjacent supply compartment -- ie. no provided water dispenser. While adequate, the room did not "exceed" expectations!

First thing we saw black spot on tub, broken tolit seat and a ring around the water. Not cleaned.
Pros:

Breakfast was some old tasteless hot food. Tables close to food area, hard to get around.

Cons:

Better staff training in accidents. My wife tripped on the trip harasser board across doorway of the restroom in the hallway and grabbed the door jam to break her fall and the bathroom door came close on her hand at full force. With blood running down her hand I ask the clerk for help. He gave me 2 band-aids and 3 alcohol packs. When I ask for more he gave me 2 small tissues. Next day lady at counter gave us real medical supplies and a accident report. Manager at checkout, we were afforded 20% off our next stay. Didn't want to hear about fingers. Wouldn't answer about who to send Doctor bill to if we needed to go. Will call to check up on finger, still waiting on call.

But other than the strong smoke smell our stay was very relaxing !!
Pros:

The location was perfect to where we was going.very close by to everything that we was going to.

Cons:

We got a non-smoking room but there was a strong smoke smell in the hallway and in our room and I was just worried because I have chronic migraine and it just makes me nauseous and gives me a migraines and my mom has bad asthma.
