The worst hotel experience I have ever had. 0/10 do not recommend. Sleeping in your car would be better.
Pros:

The hot tub was about the only good thing.

Cons:

They gave me the wrong room. They charged me twice and are refusing to give me a refund. Room was dirty. Pull out couch broken.

It was awful, won’t ever stay there or advise anyone to stay there

Cons:

Bathroom floor had dirt and hair on it. The raven that was joined to it served awful food and were disrespectful about the food order, charged like $10 more then total price even when complaining to manager/owner it wasn’t nice, the on our third night of stay we came back to our room and our keys wouldn’t work, went to front desk to ask why he said he thought we checked out even though are belonging we’re still in room , everything laid where we left it, he looked it up and said it was his mistake, but really, locking us out of room we paid for!

The staff is rude. They gave our room number out to people without verifying they were with us. And we didn’t even know the room number at the time.

We were happy to find a clean hotel with a very nice staff.
Pros:

Room very nice. Easy to get from the hotel to the Ohio Star Theater. Bathroom nice, place clean.
Employees nice

Cons:

There was a dip on the left side of the mattress. My husband slept in the middle to avoid it.
Also he was hoping for biscuits and gravy for breakfast, or eggs. But we were happy to find a pwaffle maker. The employees in the food are were very nice and helpful.
