Great hotel and lovely lounge restaurant.
I felt bad for the number of homeless nearby.
Very cute, lots of nice details
Valet parking or feed the meter, each with their own drawbacks
The only egregious thing: no coffee. Meaning, no coffee in the room, and if you want coffee you have to buy it from the hotel restaurant whenever it opens in the morning. This really, really sucked.
The staff is incredibly kind and helpful!
Looks good in photos but in reality is pretty run down. It’s managed like a fraternity frat house complete with parties every night until 4-5am throughout the hotel that staff does nothing about. Staff doesn’t even do minimum necessary on anything. If you are lucky to get a room clean it’s not even a room clean - just a towel swap. Service overall was beyond lazy and awful One of the worst run hotels I’ve ever stayed at. No one seemed to care
The room was quite well organised and somewhat chic. The breakfast, we had to pay though, was quite nice too.
I felt like all the decorations are kinda distracting the dirty spots in the room. It was motel style building, so for me it was a bit unusual to go to the hallway outside to enter the room
This hotel exceeded all my expectations. The staff was very helpful and kind. We loved our room and the decor. The hotel is in a great location near everything. We really enjoyed our stay we will definitely be back.
I loved everything about Arrive. The staff was excellent and very kind. I knew everyone by the time I left. "NoWay" at the bar, and working with Tabitha on an event - everyone was so nice. I loved my room - felt like I was at home and the entire vibe was giving me 1950s LA - loved it! I am an ABQ native and was happy to see that downtown seems vibrant and exciting with lots of restaurants, bars, shops and young people having fun!
No coffee in bedrooms are available downstairs - I wake up very early (well before coffee shops open) so that was a struggle....
Décoration, aménagements, style, personnel
Magnifique
Modern, hip decor and hipster/trendy bar downstairs. A park across the street where I could walk my dogs. Very clean and recently renovated. Quiet room despite outside entrance.
Parking plus dog fees cost more than the room. Lots of hidden fees. The neighborhood seemed like it was in a gentrification transition. Lots of overhead noise from the room above.
Brand new remodel of old motel, nice pool, hard floors and tile in rooms are clean. Good ac compensates for the fact that the west facing rooms doors can get too hot to touch in the late afternoon.
No housekeeping service for 3 days, valet uses sketchy website that scrapes credit cards and is full of bogus processing charges and can't bill room directly. Cashless hotel means front desk can't even provide change for tips. This is a 3 star hotel at best, not 4 stars. Staff were friendly but largely useless to solve problems. This west facing rooms are insanely hot on the exterior in late afternoon, in the morning the park is full of homeless people being harassed by police.
Great pillows.
Pool area/ bar a bit noisy.
We’re old.
The location was very nice. Lovely park across the street with a farmers market. Nice cafes nearby. The room was comfortable, clean, and lovely decor. The pool looked really nice though I didn't get to swim. Near public transit
Thicker walls and sound insulation. I could hear my neighbors occasionally and the occasional loud car outside.
It was a nicely appointed room with specialized decor. The bathroom was nice. Very clean.
This was not the hotels fault but the area has a weekly Sunday night low rider gathering. The parking all around the hotel was completely full. We felt it necessary to use valet parking which added $25 to our very short stay.
