Arrive was an absolute dream spot, gorgeous, cozy, and unique!
Pros:

Staying at Arrive was a top-tier experience from start to finish! The room was absolutely exceptional beautifully designed with stunning décor that felt both stylish and welcoming. Every detail seemed thoughtfully curated. One unexpected highlight was the rug, which was incredibly plush and luxurious underfoot, adding an extra touch of comfort and elegance to the space. And the bed? Pure perfection. It was unbelievably comfortable! The art gallery, pool and restaurant were cherries on top! Travel tip: stayed on a Friday of the city art walk and Arrive had the best environment with music, art and dancing! Such a fun vibe!! I can't recommend Arrive highly enough and will be staying here again!

I absolutely LOVED the aesthetic of the hotel room. Super cute and modern retro looking. The personal snack bar set it off. And the private parking is a MUST.

Cons:

There is a fridge but it’s stocked with drinks so dont bother bringing food back. There is also not a microwave in the rooms and one of the staff members told me i couldn’t use theirs downstairs. Until one of the security guards allowed the staff lounge microwave to be used. Very grateful for him.
Location: ha terrible.. homeless people right across the street and crack heads yelling at the people walking by. Not the hotels fault but if they could rebuild in another location it would set the place up for better success. Do not park on the side streets due to the randoms in the area.

Cute hotel near downtown
Pros:

Nicely decorated room with good amenities and stocked mini bar. Close to everything.

Cons:

The room air was so dry, it was hard to sleep. The hotel should add or offer humidifiers. There was no coffee maker in the room.

Pretty hotel. Mediocre amenities. Convenient but sketchy location.
Pros:

The aesthetic is nice, and the overall MCM vibe is fun. The room is comfortable.The staff were nice, and the valet staff outside were extremely helpful and attentive. The hotel is in walking distance to downtown music venues.

Cons:

Cleanliness is not up to par. There were hairs in the shower. There was only one, absolutely miniscule trash can in the room, and there were none on the premises. This is, apparently, by design because trash cans are not aesthetically pleasing to the owner. This is unhygienic and impractical. The fridge in the room is rammed full with drinks for sale, leaving no space for items guests might want to keep chilled. There are $13 bottles of water on the counter. There is no coffee maker. There is no complementary coffee or tea. Parking costs an additional $25, and it's kind of necessary because the park across the street is populated by unfortunate homeless and drug addicts who are doing their drugs enthusiastically in view of the hotel. The room is noisy - tile floors are pretty, but sound from upstairs carries. The park and the street are noisy at night - one hears everything from maniacal laughter to late night cruisers, blasting mostly bad music. Not good if you need quiet to sleep. It feels very much like the guest is being nickled and dimed after paying the rather proud booking rate.

Cons:

There is no parking. You have to pay for valet. If you do not want to pay, you have to look for a parking in the neighborhood and there are a lot of homeless in the area.

A fabulous new property next to Albuquerque’s Farmers Market
Pros:

The property was fabulous. It was new, clean, and very well decorated. There is a cafe onsite with an awesome patio.

Cons:

The bath products were almost empty. Guests should check those and call management to have them refilled if they are not full upon arrival. There was not a way to make coffee in the room. A Nespresso would be a good idea for a high end level rating, not a Keurig.

Valet is pricey. Lots of traffic noise most of the night. Can't really help that. Wish they had coffee in the room!
