the location was good, it was quiet, they provided ice bags for our cooler. most of the staff was very friendly, the parking was very good
the floors were not clean, the room smelled upon entering, there were no dressers to put our clothes in, although we asked for luggage racks and they did provide those. My husband hit his leg on the corner of the bed and drew blood and had bruises for the rest of our 3 week trip
The room and hotel is clean, comfortable and well looked after. Valet is good with an app to request the car. Location is good.
Street noise can be loud but not too much of an issue. Main light could be brighter.
Cool vibe.
No coffee.
I loved it! Was a while different vibe and we will be returning! The restaurant was delicious, bed was comfortable. Wished I read ahead of time to try the heated pool! Can't wait to visit again.
I personally didn't like the no door in the shower but loved everything else
This property is great. The staff is wonderful!! It’s in a good location with mat food options around. The Exnovo next door is delicious too.
The pool is wonderful and relaxing.
I’m not the biggest fan of downtown anywhere. But this location didn’t disappoint. Security was good and it always felt super safe!
It's a charming and confortable hotel, with very friendly staff. I made a mistake with my reservation and it was solved quickly. The amenities are really good and the restaurant is spectacular.
Not fault of the hotel exactly, but be aware that the area is kind of far (talking about walking distance) from drugstores and grocery shops.
Great restaurant and bar. Rooms are nice and the overall property is well done.
It is noisy. Lots of street noise and people coming back late being too loud. Not sure what the property can do about it but the noise at 3 am was a negative on my stay. I guess the best bet is to sleep with earplugs.
Nicely renovated, I liked the style. The pool area is cute, but feels like we were in privileged bubble compare to outside. It was clean too.
Nice brewery nearby
Downtown Albuquerque is not what developers want it to be (yet). I guess renovating this hotel must be part of some downtown revitalization project. Surrounding didn’t feel super safe, I was a woman traveling alone. This hotel is expensive for such a location. Night staff was super nice, day staff not that much !
Location was great
I think the price for the hotel itself was alittle high
the valet parking
I only went for 3 days
I really like how different the style was. It was so cute and retro.
Honesty everything was really good besides one night of traffic and hearing it get loud.
