Staff were very polite and helpful.
Cons:

Room was neat and tidy, however, the bathroom sink was plugged and could not be used. Free breakfast was OK, and attendant did a good job of keeping the table-tops clean and the room tidy.

All in all it was a great stay and we would absolutely return again!
Pros:

The loft suites were perfect for our family! Loved that breakfast was included, made it so easy in the morning!

Cons:

The light switches were a bit tricky to find and a couple light bulbs were burnt out.

Breakfast area was very crowded. There should be more number of waffle machines. Egg bites were not in sufficient quantity

Room was clean but a bit dated. We had a room that had a Queen bed downstairs and a King bed in the loft which also had a bathroom on each floor for a very reasonable price.
