Looking forward to staying again in this excellent hotel.
Pros:

Lovely hotel close to theatre district and Horse Guards. Some really quirky art and artifacts to look at. Rooms lovely and comfortable, staff super friendly and helpful and an excellent breakfast.

Cons:

That we could only stay 2 nights and not longer.

Fantastic. Will be back.
Pros:

Great staff. Very friendly and good for a laugh. Fantastic decor and furnishings throughout the hotel. Would have loved to stay longer. Definitely will be back.

Cons:

Coffee not good. think the machine needs a clean. Would have liked a proper cold fridge in the room.

Beware of the billing.
Cons:

Beware of the billing. I was charged two-thirds of my total stay as a deposit upon check-in, which I only noticed at check-out with no explanation for the high amount. Furthermore, the nightly rate at check-out was higher than my booked rate. The staff stated a service charge (!!!) had been added. After some discussion, they promised to refund that portion.

Awful behavior, they add charges and hope you don’t notice !
Cons:

No fridge, no tea, tiny room, hidden charges added to my room I had to argue to have removed. My room was not cleaned.

I would stay again if going to that area but maybe look at comparable hotels in the area
Pros:

The hotel was in a great location, very nicely appointed, staff were very welcoming, slightly disappointed with tea/coffee tray in room which had very little choice, room was slightly smaller than I would have expected from staying in similar hotels in London. Breakfast overall was good quality.

Cons:

Better choice of drinks in room, room service although OK seemed overpriced compared to others, room was very nicely decorated but size of room should be advertised as small even though there was a King Bed there wasn't much room around it to get ready
