Pros:

The man can't remember his name he was so friendly. Check in on Jan 15 after 3:00.
We ate at fixin bar and grill, food was excellent ,on the Jan15 best burger and fries and chicken and fries . the next night husband picked it up and it was also good and the bar tender was very nice to my husband ,the bar tender even bought him a beer while he waited. Very friendly staff. Thank you.

Pros:

We only travel to the Greater Vancouver area for a quick visit to family and friends for a night or two so we just look for mid range hotels that give us a good night's sleep and a reasonable breakfast. We don't expect too much. This was our first stay at this hotel and it exceeded expectations. The breakfast was great. It was a separate but attached restaurant with proper cutlery and real scrambled eggs. It was nice to sit in a restaurant with good food, rather than the usual cafeteria setting. For a hotel at this price point that is very rare. The staff at the hotel were great and the rooms were modern and roomy.

Cons:

Nothing much to say. We had a problem with the TV but the staff responded quickly. The back side of the hotel faces the freeway and you could hear it a bit in the morning but wasn't a problem.

the buffet was ok ! if we got up earlier probably would have been fresher or better

i booked what i thought was a king bed room that was pet friendly!! wat we got was 2 double pet friendly

Pros:

It feels like an older well worn property. It was definitely a budget choice for me. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. Nothing bad, but nothing really outstanding either. I was disappointed that the coffee in the lobby ended at 10am as I was looking for a refill when I checked out. Other than that, I would definitely return. It’s a clean comfortable place and a good value.

Pros:

Very comfortable room and bed. Staff were not very organized and didn't give me a breakfast voucher, which caused confusion when I went for breakfast.
