Comfort Inn & Suites Arlington Heights - Schaumburg

Staff was super friendly, beds reasonably comfortable with clean sheets, bathrooms were gross (at least in our room). The bathtub was brown from dirtiness, the walls of the tub were peeling, handle for the shower was broken, some kind of something gross on the door of the bathroom. Room smelled like smoke and they tried to hide it with plug ins in the wall. Wasn’t super expensive so we got what we paid for I guess.

Good breakfast. Not much surrounding the property. It was a good hotel.

Got in the room. Comforter on the floor and pillows messed up like someone was sleeping in it. Tv remote didn’t work. Not good

The room appeared clean, although there were some corners of candy wrappers on the floor when I arrived, and candy wrappers outside the door when I left (not my wrappers)

Hotel lobby is very nice and updated. Once you go to the rooms, they are outdated. Holes in the walls. Chipped tubs that were painted over. The room was humid majority of the time we were there. Beds were very comfy, although pillows had nothing to them. Breakfast was 3/5. Same thing everyday. There were 2 elevators and 1 was out of service the entire week we were there. Staff was nice. But until rooms get updated, I wouldn’t stay again.

We were so pleasantly surprised at how updated and modern it is. I would definitely recommend staying here, you absolutely won’t be disappointed.

Staff were great, room size was good but the bathroom wasn’t clean at all. I’m just glad we were sleeping there for one night for our flight. The tub wasn’t clean you can see hair and dirt, paint was chipping off the soup holder in the tub and our curtains wouldn’t go up (it was stuck)

Very nice and welcoming.

The bathtub was falling apart, paint was flicking away. Big pile of long hair was outside the toilet on the bottom. When I checked in the ice machine didn't work and there was no bottle of water in the vending machine. The receptionist was very rude when I asked if she could recommend a place for dinner.

It smelt terrible/ trash in the hallways during cleaning service when we first checked in.. elevator was broken.. the desk person had the front doors locked at 4am (could be for safety purposes no biggie but multiple people had to bang in the door to be let in) I said good morning while he unlocked the door and he just looked at me.

The rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. The blinds need some updating. Lots of them don’t function correctly.

Room was clean, most of the staff was nice (especially the woman who checked us in, she was great). Room didn't have any bath towels, just hand towels and wash cloths. When we went to the front desk to get some, the woman just handed them to us and walked off as I was saying thank you so that was pretty rude but it wasn't really a big deal. Nice breakfast, well stocked and clean. Always saw someone wiping down the counters so there were no crumbs or anything sitting for long. Also the whole hotel smelled AMAZING. Overall a great stay.
