I would not house a pig in this dreadful facility.
Pros:

Absolutely, nothing. This hotel needs a visit from the state health department.

Cons:

My door did not shut nor lock. The whole entire facility rank of a foul smell. The non-smoking room smelt of smoke. The bathroom shower contained a black mold filled rug. The front desk attendant was very rude and refused to swap rooms.

A good family location that felt like home or kick your feet up and just relax and enjoy the scene and quietness before

Yes very convenient for the location it was very convenient to be able to get around town not far from the hotel. Rooms were spacious staff was good food was good and it felt like I was going to die in a swimming pool because it cooled me down from the hot summer heat that was burning me very awesome

Very rude staff, cheap, not accomodating with wheel chair assessible room
Cons:

The staff very rude as if we were bothering THEM to stay there. Not much for breakfast. Very cheap. We were in a handicap room and the shower head had no hose attached so I had to ask the front desk. The woman became argumentive because she could't explain why no hose attached.
