Pros:

Staff was courteous and friendly. Room was clean.

Cons:

Vanity light did not work. Sink faucet was not attached to the countertop it wobbled around. Towel rack was broke off the wall. The vent in the bathroom did not work and was missing the cover. The tub had been resurfaced and whatever they put on it was peeling off and look like hell.

There were no blankets and the toom smelt musty. There was only one remote for a room with 2 tvs. Therw were no side tables and no place to charge phone. The outside was very messy the view out our window was stacks and piles of old mattress and JUNK. It was grosa

The room was nasty garbage all over the room we found bugs coca cola all over the sink dirty towels in the floor microwave had old food in it should have gotten all my money back I will never stay here again stacks and pills of mattresses around back of the building this place Is a shit hole since evergreen sold it

Without being told there was no wifi. There was no remote to the tv which wouldn't work anyway with wifi, as it was a Roku TV. The beds had 1 pillow on 1 and 2 on the other. There were no towels or washcloths. There was about a quarter of a roll of tissue. The bathroom fan made a sound like a dog dying for the first 5 minutes it was on. There was no coffee pot in the room as stated on the website. Also none in the lobby along with no complimentary breakfast as stated on the website. All in all, myself and 3 children, one being a 1 year old, got nothing but a bed to sleep in with not enough pillows for 4 people.

Room was dirty. Hole in the bathtub. View out the window was old mattress dumped on the side and back of the hotel. Heater didn’t work in the bedroom.

Fireplace didn’t work. The outside balcony area was trashed. The room was a suite and was extremely basic. I wouldn’t stay here longer than one night and that’s only if it’s the last place.
