The room was great and I like the design., the pool was also great especially that extra feature of having a hour be right there, and they made it private too which was great. Breakfast was good was the main reason we choose the location.
It was further than I expected from the attractions we booked and the breakfast room was a little crowded, it was good so I could understand why. We weren’t allowed to like just take it to our room which I get but maybe get a bigger place for breakfast.

Everything. It was nasty inside and outside the room. The hotel looked like a crack house. Trash and junk everywhere. It was rundown and the guys up front barely spoke English and wore clothes that looked like it was all they had for years.... Very disgusting stay and if this is what Booking. Com represents I'll try other sites.
Love the location. Love the changes ,including the the breakfast bar was great. So glad they brought back the hot tub. The greenery around the pool was great. The employees were nice.
I don't like having to sign into the wifi under your room and name. Kept cutting it off. They need to upgrade the beds. Not comfortable at all. They need to bring the ice machine back. Don't like having to go to office just to get a cup of ice. They need some carts to take luggage to the room. Was there for 4 nights. Didn't see one the entire time.
I loved the breakfast, they were so nice and kept checking on us throughout the meals and stay. Very friendly. Rhonda is awesome!
