Room was dirty. Hole in the bathtub. View out the window was old mattress dumped on the side and back of the hotel. Heater didn’t work in the bedroom.

Fireplace didn’t work. The outside balcony area was trashed. The room was a suite and was extremely basic. I wouldn’t stay here longer than one night and that’s only if it’s the last place.

Everything. Room wasn’t clean. Blood on the pillows, used alcohol wipes in the drawer. It was just totally disgusting. Had to leave the property.

It was nasty and not clean oh and the pillows also had mold on them. Pictures below

Our room was filthy. The cleaners need a strong cleaning lesson. The mattress I slept on wasn’t fit for an animal to sleep on. Just look at the pictures. Would you sleep on that? Our floors had not been swept. The bath tub was in pieces. Dead roaches in the bathroom floor. The mini fridge had mold around the bottom. We only had one towel when we arrived to our room. When we went to the front desk to get more, they only had one clean towel for the whole facility. Online it stated that breakfast was included, but didn’t specify that granola bars and coffee is all that was offered. If I could give this location a negative star I would strictly based off cleanliness. I had to come home and shower because staying there made me feel dirty. I have stayed here before and didn’t have this issue, but I will not be staying here again. The facility has potential, but it’ll take some serious elbow grease.

If they share breakfast, it might make a little bit better, but they did not,

The toilet was broken, the lights in the bathroom didn’t work, nighttime staff is extremely rude, lots of drug activity at night

In my booking, I requested to be on the top floor, but assigned to bottom floor. There were dead bugs on window sill, toilet paper rolled up and stuck in the door peephole (see pic), a small cannister on floor that had held marijuana, a party decoration hanging on the chair, sheets had not been changed, party sparkles on floor, along with grime, no washcloths or handtowels, only two bath towels, no toilet paper with plastic bag hanging on toilet paper holder (see pic), overhead bathroom fixture was twisted, exposing two places with exposed space above ceiling (see pic), with no exhaust fan, and an absolutely filthy bathtub. Went back to front desk to request a clean room and was told that the room had just been cleaned that day.
Second room had a damaged chair that looked like it was picked up on the side of a road, filthy bathtub, no toilet paper rod to hold toilet paper, shampoo & bathsoap looked like they were just thrown on the counter, woke up to two bed bug bites on my right ankle. TV remote was missing back with exposed batteries. Outside the front door on the third floor, to the left was a huge heap of trash that couldn't have happened in one day.

For what I paid, I didn't expect much. I expected the bare basics. That would have been fine. But I didn't expect the rooms to be filthy and in such disarray as they were.
