Only thing I don't like is that it take forever to get the deposit back and that it says no pets but everyone there seemed to have a pet

Room was nice and clean. Price was very affordable. Great location in Pigeon Forge. Nice to sit on balcony and view the city.
Pool was closed. Sidewalks going up to the room need cleaned. Beds need new more comfy mattresses. They take $75 for a deposit then refunds it at checkout and takes few days to get it back. Breakfast is coffee and granola bars. Alot of locals live at this hotel.
The location is right on the main road amd very close to the bus line to Dollywood.
We had tp change rooms. The first one was not clean. There was feces on one toilet and urine on the seat. The bedding g in one room was messy woth a pillow on the floor. The floors had not been swept or mopped. We had tp change rooms. Thw second room had a constant drip in the jecuzi tub. These floors also had not been swept or mopped. The beds had a sheet and a thin cover, no actual blankets. When we asked for blankets, the desk clerk said he didnt know if they had any. We went and bought our own. The bathroom had no floor mat/towl for the shower.
Nothing it stinks literally
Everything! LATY the receptionist was snotty and hateful and informed me she would cancel it if needed. Elevator locked us in and would not work. Didn’t even make it to the room. Left and won’t ever go back
