I enjoy led my stay at Tennessee just wanted better from the hotel .
Pros:

When I arrived at the hotel under the beds was dirty not sweep . Half used toilet paper I had to ask for toilet paper went to dollor general got dust pan and broom to sweep the room .

Cons:

Better cleaning not a 1 minute turnover from one guest to another .

The mattress was stained, the floor was filthy, the tub was disgusting… they are “renovating” but jeezuz!!! That place is a rat hole !!!!

decent, beds were not bad, the extremities such as the bed, flooring, furniture were nice
Pros:

there was no phone in the rooms to be able to communicate with front desk, we were only given one roll of TP, 2 towels (for a family of 5),light bulbs were missing, lamp shades missing, you had to unplug the tv to use the microwave ,... there was no turn down service, the bathtub/ shower had been painted over with painted and than started chipping away

more outlets or power cords , lampshades, a phone to call front desk, more supplies/ toiletries

Used to choose this place as our go to every time, this weekend’s room wasn’t our normal expectation
Pros:

The location is at the start of Pigeon Forge, the mattress was comfortable. The AC/Heat worked great.

Cons:

There were spots on the floor that looked like mold by the bed, there was an outlet hanging out of the wall. Everytime you sat down or moved on the bed it made a squeaky noise. The door to our room would get stuck and not opened unless you lifted up on the door

Pros:

Really didn’t like anything about it Room was not clean when we arrived sheet on one of beds were dirty dirty microwave was not worth money

Won’t make that mistake again.
Pros:

Its location was okay.

Cons:

The room was so filthy and many things were broken. The linens were stained and the bathroom light was dim, cracked and hanging out of the wall, mold in the tub, no trash can, and no coffee pot. When I asked for a trash can and coffee pot I was ignored.

Pros:

Staff was courteous and friendly. Room was clean.

Cons:

Vanity light did not work. Sink faucet was not attached to the countertop it wobbled around. Towel rack was broke off the wall. The vent in the bathroom did not work and was missing the cover. The tub had been resurfaced and whatever they put on it was peeling off and look like hell.

There were no blankets and the toom smelt musty. There was only one remote for a room with 2 tvs. Therw were no side tables and no place to charge phone. The outside was very messy the view out our window was stacks and piles of old mattress and JUNK. It was grosa

No towels had to go to Walmart and buy my own towels no blankets no breakfast had a lot of people smoking drugs at night
