We loved the breakfast. Lots of good options- we were delighted!
We were really bummed to find our room dirty. Floors were sticky, no trash bags for the trash cans, and the locks on the doors didn’t work or didn’t exist.
Great breakfast, easy check in even with us needing to check in early due to having oxygen in our car they made sure to accommodate us. Rooms were nice too
Great staff, location and breakfasts
The staff are just wonderful and friendly people, but the cleanliness of the rooms leaves something to be desired, cobwebs in the bathroom, dirty floor and an unpleasant smell in the room, especially from the beds
The location was great!
When we first arrived, the $75 deposit was not mentioned in my booking. We checked in and was sent to a room that had someone else in it, we were then sent to another room and was told that we would receive some of our money back since we paid for a bigger room and didn’t get it. We didn’t receive any money back. The new room had what looked like cigarette ashes on the bed when we walked in, the top lock on the door was broke off which is a nightmare with a toddler and there was water from the tub all in the floor.
The breakfast was good. It was conveniently located.
The lock on the door was broken, the toilet paper holder was broken. The floor never dried. The hot tub was cold. We had two queen beds, no blankets. Three people and only two towels.
It was close to everything
I don’t like that you don’t have your own personal parking spot when you get back in the evening nowhere to park we had to park clear across the parking lot down from us. I didn’t like that.
It was located in the heart of the town
The tub had been poorly repaired was rougher than sandpaper the mini fridge had food left in it from last renter was not cleaned properly and had a odor throughout building only bright side was pool

Location was good
1)Not clean, bathroom was horrid.
2) Staff was rude.
3) I was nervous leaving my car outside because people were partying all night.
Close to pigeon forge but not too crowded clean and friendly staff
