Pros:

Despite extensive renovations that I was unaware of - this was not updated by Booking.com - the property was comfortable. Good breakfast, nice outdoor area.
We discovered the hop on-off bus from Old Town - totally worth it! Otherwise getting into city - car needed.

Would stay there again.
Pros:

Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. AC was great. Location great, close to Old Town. Staff very friendly. Breakfast was good.

Terrible stay! Major renovation focus and lacked customer basic needs.
Pros:

Room was fair

Cons:

Under renovation, nothing available for activities although posted promise of pool spa and fire pit sitting area use. Also posted was quiet time enforcement but noise from upstairs family continued till late into the night.
Front desk contacted w noise complaint but it continued. Had to personally make contact w room above us.

Pros:

It was clean. It was very nice. I like the fire pit the pool, the amenities, the location. The free breakfast in the morning was a bonus. Staff very nice and friendly.

Cons:

Right now that your renovating when we first got there, we had been driving for a few hours and my husband who’s elderly had to use the restroom and the restroom was closed in the lobby and they said we could not use it, it wasn’t open to the public, and unfortunately he had an accident.

Overall, decent for a one-night stay.
Pros:

Front desk staff were helpful. I was able to get into my room earlier than check-in time, and until then they held my luggage. Very nice breakfast.

Cons:

Remodeling ongoing which wasn't mentioned in any communication. The mattress was a bit soft.

Nice hotel but unacceptably noisy at night
Pros:

Breakfast was typical, with two types of egg, waffles, the usual carbs, Greek yogurt (flavored, not plain), milk, two kinds of juice, coffee, hot cocoa powder, etc.

Cons:

There is a fire pit that many rooms look out to. Extremely noisy until 10 pm when the fire goes out, but still noisy until midnight. Hotel has no signs reminding people to respect a quiet time, nor any employees doing so either. Will not stay here again.
