Pros:

This was an interesting place. I thought it was great especially given this time of year up there. It is outdated but spruced up and they do a great job with cleaning and maintaining. The building layout is...well just figure that one out. I think this hotel meets expectations at $100ish to 150ish range. I will be back in August and enjoyed this location so checked those dates out and at $340 per night-not sure that's worth it but I get it tourists pay. I will be back in November!

Great Stay for the value!
Pros:

I believe the most important part of any hotel stay is the cleanliness of the room. Our room was very clean. The bed linens were very clean and the top comforter/duvet was white and I loved that because you can tell that it was clean and you know that it changed with every new guest. Sadly, I suspect that some hotels that use darker colors actually don’t change/clean this top covering with every new guest, so I have been known to remove this and not use it all. It was well stocked with the basic amenities like shampoo, conditioner, lotion, soap, and a shower cap. It’s in a great location and conveniently close to all the stores restaurants are much more. A very quick drive to Newport.

Cons:

The property is “dated.” We had stayed here before about five years ago and everything still looked the same, but worn. The jacuzzi tub could use a new fresh layer of caulking but overall, and again most importantly, everything was very clean
