Cons:

Hair in the shower and on the bathroom floor. Something on the walls by the lamp on the desk. Floor wasn’t vacuumed properly because lashes got stuck to the bottom of my foot as soon as I got there.

Pros:

It was in low traffic area

Cons:

The breakfast had no meat or eggs. They were also supposed to charge a different card but they charged mine. Also on booking I checked pet and the price changed once I arrived at the facility. I thought the pet fee was included. Bait and switch in my opinion.

I expected much better customer service and responsiveness.

Unfortunately, my experience was not good. The biggest issue was that the front desk never answered the phone. I tried calling multiple times from my room phone as well as from my cell phone, and no one ever picked up. It was very frustrating and made it difficult to get assistance when needed.

The door to our room would not lock, which was a serious safety concern. I tried calling the front desk multiple times from both the room phone and my cell phone to report the issue, but no one ever answered. It was very frustrating to be unable to reach anyone for assistance, especially regarding something as important as the security of our room.

Over all, it was a wonderful stay. I would stay there again and share with my friends and family.
Pros:

Could have a little more selection, like meats. Waffles and cereal were good, but meat would go well with the waffles.

Cons:

Room had some issues. I didnt like the fact that you could see outside from underneath the door. No door bottom or door sweep on entrance door. Bed was a little uncomfortable and low to the floor.
