I didn’t stay! I requested a refund and booked a hotel across the street!
Pros:

They have long term residents there and there is laundry hanging from the balconies. I did not like anything. They also had the air turned off throughout the entire building I suspect to reduce costs!

Staff was helpful.
Pros:

Staff helpful and helped me checkin. Shady customers. No breakfast provided. One elevator was out of commission. Needs some maintenance.

Last minute on a holiday weekend it was clutch for the price, but we’ll never stay there again. Staff was nice.
Pros:

The location was great.

Cons:

The pool was freezing, dirty and there was crumbled parts of what we think was the ceiling in the bottom that felt like sand and rocks, definitely weird. The restaurant that they advertise was closed. The outdoor pool was closed. Our room had a weird leak in the ceiling by the door that was crumbling drywall onto the floor and there was mystery water in random places on the floor. The back door is unsecured, not really safe with the days inn next door.

I wish I could hit the lottery I would buy that hotel and restore it would be beautiful again
Pros:

The hotel had very neat character you can tell at one time it was a very beautiful place. It had a swimming pool that look like Little Italy sorta it had really old video games from the '80s other than that there's not much else we like about the hotel

Cons:

Very old and smelly like mold air did work and no breakfast or restaurant attracted as claimed during booking. Beds was poor condition and the staff cat called my daughter's. We wasn't very happy they said they returned my money but its been weeks have not got it yet.

I would stay again!
Pros:

It’s a very relaxed hotel! Quick and easy check in and loved the balcony!
