The pool and hot tub was closed. I like softer sheet then what was there. It was still nice.

Tub had large chips out of it that made it look dirty.
Controls for air conditioning were at a 7 foot height, so we had to stand on a chair to adjust the temperature.
And with an almost empty hotel, they started doing construction work in the room right above us at 7:00 in the morning.

The location and connecting rooms was good.
Didn’t care for the smell of people smoking weed all around us. The hot tub was broken the whole time and maintenance in room was very much lacking. The whole hotel is very run down and need a face lift. You can tell management doesn’t really care about guest experience or the overall quality of the hotel. The ice machine on every floor was broken as well.

This hotel was a joke. We booked a hotel with an indoor pool and hot tub. When we arrived we were told that it was being worked on 01/02/2026. There were never any workers so it was just closed. The parking lot was coated in ice and was never touched which made the driving and walking situation dangerous. The elevator on check out day was broken so we has to carry our things down the steps. When we let the front desk know at check out they were already aware of the problem and didn't even offer an apology. Check your bags because there was a cockroach sighting in my friends room that stayed with us.
The beds were comfortable. Dove brand hygiene items were much appreciated. The room was adequately clean. The front desk staff/Kevin was friendly and helpful. We would stay again once the renovations are completed.
The only drawbacks: The restaurant/bar was not open.
We didn't care about the pool but we did miss the hot tub not being available.
The arcade and exercise rooms needs some attention.
The balcony door was sticking a bit.
The heater was loud.
Some of the vending machines were out of order or not fully stocked.
