I have been in many hotels and this is the first time I’m ever complaining so it has to be bad

How close it was to the beach?

Cons:

Plumbing was terrible. Took 10 minutes to get hot water fixtures were broken bed squeaked so loud you woke up when you turned refrigerator froze everything was very dirty inside and out.

Dirty grounds
Pros:

The hotel is off a main road and close to menu places to eat and grab a drink.

Cons:

I did not know that it was split into two buildings. Although the rooms were clean, the grounds need work. Over grown shrubbery. The pool did not look clean. The tiki Hut was disorganized. And no one is cleaning the stairs, elevators, nor walk ways.

The tiki bar was nice

Cons:

I feel it is deceiving. It does not look anything like the pictures. The hot tub was like rolling around and gravel. there were no phones in the room to call the front desk and the staff was always away from the front.

The location is good. I like the pool area, Beds were comfortable and the room was clean.
