We stayed because of convenience but it wouldn’t be my first choice.
Pros:

Tried to take a hot bath, around 8pm. The water was only warm, not hot. But the water in the morning was hot.

Refused stay and refused refund
Pros:

Front desk said internet was down, refused to accept our booking number and receipt showing I paid for the room. Refused to give me a refund. I offered for them to hold on to my ID and debit card until the internet was back, so we could sleep, and he refused. Not nice or accommodating at all. Worst customer service I’ve witnessed.

Cons:

Poor customer service.

Pros:

The rooms were very clean

Cons:

The outlet in the sink area kept tripping the breaker inside it all night even when nothing was plugged into it and elements of "upgrade" showed rushed or sloppy work i.e. cracked light facepanels, weird shapes cut into floor, etc

Cons:

Hotel situé en raz campagne à 20 kms de la ville la plus proche. Pas de petit déjeuner car l'hotel est en travaux, pas d'accès à la salle de fitness, fermée pour travaux .... Très déçu ...

Great value for this area 😁
Pros:

The breakfast area is on the construction but the room was clean 🫧🪥 I like the beautiful view of the huge valley in the distance

Cons:

Stop being stingy with the washcloths , it would be nice if they have a little convenience store or concession stand inside the building that was open cuz the vending machine is out of service

Did not use the gym. The bed was too firm for me and the bathroom door wouldn’t shut. The refrigerator was great. The AC worked fine. The staff was helpful.

Pros:

I booked a room with breakfast included. There was no breakfast available because of remodeling. I inquired about getting the room at the price of a room that didn’t include breakfast and I was told that I had to contact Expedia. Also my room’s air conditioning unit was very noisy and loud. I had to wear my air buds with noise reduction to sleep. Over all the room was sufficient. I would like to have known that the hotel was being renovated and that breakfast was not available, especially since I booked a higher price room that included breakfast. I would have rented the room that did not include breakfast at the lesser rate. That is the only complaint I have with Expedia.

Should be much cleaner
Pros:

Location is convenient to family.

Cons:

Bathroom wreaked of urine. Construction debris all over. Room remodel not completely cleaned up, with paint and drywall patch still splattered throughout the room. Also sewer/fruit flies were a nuisance in the room.
